SHACK 40142 THE TURNING OUT OF SELF

 In the quote by KrishnaMurti 'One is never afraid of the unknown; one is afraid of the known coming to an end', and 'having no head'. This to me epitomises the title. The known is the small self as it were, the everyday and accumulated beliefs, judgemental attitudes, one's chosen path via custom, tradition, cultural, academic achievement, basically most others ideas and conditioning. Most follow this without questioning the validity and because we never may question this and we are comfortable to a degree of satisfaction it continues into perpetuity never perhaps realising that this fixed determined position may not agree or even to examine another's chosen 'path' and even become hostile towards it as it may challenge the security or the obdurate fixation and the comfort and security becomes shaken and a crisis of the 'faith and loyalty' to the chosen way looms and so defences and attacks may follow and all sorts of actions are justified by the beliefs and ethics of this chosen way.

I am not against a chosen path or self merely examining the cons and pitfalls. This self is composed of beliefs and other components mentioned above and these are ideas, beliefs handed down by many generations and the recipient of these maybe just a clone, a inculcated receiver and carries on in many ways as a robot, the algorithms being the ideas and patterns implanted by the constant rhetoric during one's formative years. Is this right or wrong. The lack of choice maybe a downfall for this keeps the recipient on the track and a narrow path of choices.  However one may say the fact that one maybe without paths and guidelines could result in wild abandonment and ruthless wild antics which could result in chaos and anarchy. Or a ruthless despot whose path is the only path and this despot and the followers, the loyal band of followers can reek havoc by forcing others to follow the one and only path.

There is another self spoken about the Higher Self or Over Self or Spiritual Self this would imply another being with ideas more lofty ideals and spiritual qualities and this maybe another set of ideas albeit more moral and ethical than other less higher ideals. Again a form of conditioning, perhaps more inclusive and holistic. Could there be a Self which is Selfless which is just pure potential and has no boundaries, borders or conditions and is just seemingly empty of any conditions, restrictions or human ideas or strains. It may appear to  human senses as empty, barren and yet it is unfettered space a fount of Life. Light not as human photonic light but just a light and when touched by a human mind in some illuminating experience or by realising all paths are limited and local and then dropping out of the path not by force or collaboration or enticement but by a shocking revelation or gradual deep intuitive understanding, the flash of the light and the dawning of the mutual surrender and one relinquishes 'the path' and becomes pathless without qualms and then realising that one has turned out self and it is natural and one has no identifiable identity and is the unknown as it were.

SHACK 4138 OLD SOULS

 On meeting Sun Bear many years ago and sharing a powwow and then a cleansing ritual many remembered their past lives, I felt the tall grass and the waiting as the buffalo went past us and when we came out of the ritual many went up to Sun Bear and he spoke softly into their ear. My partner Gill looked shocked at what he said and she never told me what he said. Then Howie a friend and he looked perplexed. Then me; he said, so my friend we sat in the long grass looking at the buffalo, many of us are now coming back to help the Earth and peoples through a most trying time. You are not special just one of the many who are old souls returning to assist in the changes to come. Sun Bear and I met sometime later at the Findhorn Community and spent two weeks with others and many powwows of many sorts took place. I met him some years later at Glastonbury and that was the last time.

It came to me that at my NDE at the age of four and that I was reluctant to incarnate (story many times told) I realise that I felt the anguish and troubles in the Earth and its peoples and somehow maybe I had a place in the assistance through these troubled waters. Perhaps the many workshops I presented, the countless people in healing and counselling sessions may have helped a little and being told by the Lamas at Samye Ling in 1967 that I was one of the many old souls returning and many like myself reluctant to do so and yet a chore and sometimes challenging and fearful carried on never the less and how true for me this is.

I feel the weight of the much Karma from all the timelines and their intermixing of energies and loves, hurts, frustrations and battling strong dictatorial edicts, the slaying of the innocent young and old, the tearful tragedies of old and yet now and in your face so to speak, I feel the weary weight and pressure of the karma, mine as well as others, the path of the soul through many incarnations in order to find peace, not as Earth humans understand peace, not the uneasy negotiated peace between nations but the Divine Peace as the soul recognises divinity and its ones with it. 

I see the endless trudging through the mire, the endless steep craggy hard underfoot shoeless migrations looking for home, rent by war and poverty to shame, loss of human dignity and mercy suffering as they see the slaughter of their loved ones in the most grisly foul fashion. The endless prayers and beseeching to God, saints, gurus anyone who may share a piece of bread  or safety and warmth and I feel the weight of this and although I am relatively well off I feel it from the small incidents I have suffered and realise what this must be like multiplied many times over.

I feel helpless to assist those who are downtrodden and beaten and sick and yet as I meditate in quietness and feel the peace I willingly share this with others. I do give some money to charities and clothes to those who need them but feel this is not enough. I used to do some shamanic rituals to cleanse time lines of my own personal as it were karma. I now just sit and feel in the quietness of my Being. Is this enough? I realise that following tradition and ritual of others is not for me, I have to follow my quiet inner self whatever that may mean and I do not know why I am here now, I am 86 and more or less house bound and partially disabled and yet I feel it is just being here may have some use, perhaps we all have inner work which the physical everyday beingness of myself does in the everyday world and the soul work goes on in sleep, meditation although there is just quiet and some inspiration to write and share.

I am not in control of my breath, yes I can hold my breath change its rhythms but I cannot will my breath as it were, I am breathed by Life and I am to stay here on Earth by Life's will for me, I know not why, Life has a purpose for everyone and thing everywhere and this is enough to sustain me. Not my will but your will Oh Great Life, great Source of Life, Great Spirit and although at times I buck at this, there seems to be a spontaneous something that say in feelings, its Ok its joy and Life has its way and is a mystery and that keeps me keeping on. I guess this is the old soul peeking through the dross and entanglement of the ego mind set.

SHACK 4140 EXPECTATION

 Oh restless mind, a mind of its own, this mind of fleeting thoughts and random fantasies, scudding clouds of thoughts which when observed with a non evaluating awareness feel as nothing and have no real substance and yet they provoke emotions and if latched onto and encouraged they distract the non judgemental witness, the pure awareness into its agenda and scenario.

Sitting still and then the urge from somewhere to do something as if a future event will bring an answer, a wonderful magic solution to any of life's problems and yet when this imaginary destination is reached it often brings disappointment and a shattered expected dream or thought to naught. 

Dashed and despondent that the fresh promise never developed and that once again the tricky little genie is mischievous and has the host running around in circles.  There is word in Yiddish(language) has a word nudnick which is a boring pest I have a word nidnick which means if you walk somewhere or go somewhere, you get your feet caught up, an avoided dog poo ends up on your shoe, everything balanced carefully ends up toppling, it seems to taunt, like the red flag to the bull, it even can take on more serious matters of health and loss.

To remain in the now is an antagonist to the ego and nidnick it is a provocateur in the egos armoury, which is the arsenal of weaponry it has to defend and attack if needed. This is one of promise that the future holds such wonder and promise is a prime distractor. There was once a great healer who had cards printed EXPECT A MIRACLE and he paraphrased it with expect a miracle but leave the details to the Father(God) expectancy without content is a kind of being in the now if there isn't any thought about the outcome. It is potential, something awaiting an outcome often in an explosive or spontaneous demonstrative gesture or happening.  

Sometimes this nudnick is described as a tricky mischievous monkey and is said to be the egos mechanisms at work or play.  How did the ego arise in the first place; I have my own view as we all are allowed. Before thought and awareness of the self came to the human being, the human was instinctual and lived primarily as a hunter gatherer and nature and the human were one as it were. As progress or some say regress the mind became to dominate nature and the rift began to cultivate and alter nature and eventually where we are at present destroying nature and dominating nature by technology. 

The natural 'religion' was to thank and pray to the creator of nature and then it emerged that the creator had 'special' races and gifts bestowed on them and that the creator favoured certain peoples and races and religious ways or worship were formed and priests to make sure their flock did it their way and that the instinctual peoples were primitive and heathen and so peoples began to separate into factions and although early peoples did battle for supremacy usually over hunting grounds and territory it was local and many times healed. I cannot find the healing incident that I researched I may have got bits wrong; argy- bargy was not as noted in my view, some Pacific Islands communities held a five years ceremony and ritual certain Islanders who had  squabbles and intense dislikes would host this ritual, they took it turns every five years, they would all go to this designated Island of the this years five year place, feast, dance, return stolen or contended purchase, insult one another to a really bad degree and then do a cleansing, forgiveness and become friends, one ceremony was the  Ho'oponopono I have used this occasionally. It is having a clean slate and perhaps living in the now and not forcing the mind to stop. The awareness, the silent witness will beckon you back without trying if it the right timing and that comes from tasting the still silent space and somehow the spaces get longer, not by will but by the silent Self within.

In many articles(blog) I have gone on and on about UFO's to the point when many readers , friends and some researchers got fed up with it. However ON 1st May 20025 I wrote the UFO STORY which can be found in geofffreedarchive.blogspot.com and in it was a warning that if our planet Earth was found to be in danger such as extreme pollution, exotic weaponry that threatened the 'monitoring craft' then an intervention would be needed. Certain signs and warnings would be issued to governments and the nuclear threat is now being superseded by exotic weaponry and the first alert of a serious nature was President Reagans Star Project a strategic defence initiative and Trumps Golden Dome which is more or less carrying on the Reagan Initiative. 

Kennedy and Khrushchev famous phone conversation; Mr Khrushchev do you have these strange like two saucers joined flying over your nuclear and strategic sites?  Yes Mr President we do, we thought they were yours. well we thought they were yours. Khrushchev then says, well if they are not yours or mine who are they? Then we go to Gorbachev and Reagan in which Reagan asked Gorbachev would he put aside their differences and assist in an Alien UFO attack, Gorbachev said yes they would assist.   

One of the most famous cases took place at Malmstrom air base which had ICBM's there and they were shocked when the a unofficial countdown signal to launch and there was panic because if it did an international nuclear war would start, every attempt to stop the countdown failed and at the last digit it stopped.  https://www.meer.com/en/74766-the-malmstrom-nuclear-ufo-incident-1967-returns, that night several towns nearby and many people witnessed the UFO's around and at the base. There are dozens of these incidents and my sources in other countries tell me the same sort of incidents.

I have written just recently in www.geofffreed.com a lot about the false UFO narrative being put about by the those who want to put fear and lock us down again. So ET give warnings and they are ignored by governments, the criteria as in the UFO STORY is that if the threat to planet and so is in their estimation serious they would intervene NOT TO SAVE HUMANITY but the Planet Earth.

I have heard through the grapevine that the there is genuine concern by ET and that intervention could be a possibility in the not so far off future. This si triggered by the Golden Dome and the exotic weaponry being developed. Way back in 2002 in H.R.2977;

            (C) The term ``exotic weapons systems'' includes weapons

        ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and 
        tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or 
        destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in

                                 Particularly 7B They had these weapons way before this law in 2001!

I have been informed that the ‘exotic weaponry’ that
is around and some highly classified had been known, developed and tested in
the late 30’s and between 1945 and 1950 and some of it because of  Nicola Tesla and yes discovered in ancient

So I feel we are near not only for ET to reveal
themselves which they had hoped would be friendly and productive but now to intervene
in possibly a scary way. Strangely enough they are not too concerned about climate
change, because I feel and have researched and written about the false climate
change, certainly we have to clean our act up.

SHACK 4137 UNEXPEXTED

 Sitting behind an air conditioning plant when I was an electrician at the Metropolitan Police Training School in Colindale, London and doing meditation facing a thick brick wall which enclosed the plant, I suddenly became aware of the parade ground and a horse with rider being fed an apple, I could see literally through the wall, I checked later to verify if this was true, it was and I was shocked and excited. At another time in the same place I became aware of concentric circles starting from a tiny one with a dark oval object in it and as the circles starting slowly getting larger and in a spiral seemingly coming from my third eye and in each circle was a bird growing bigger as the circles went out into space from my perception upwards until the bird was full grown. The surprise was not only was this sudden and unexpected and not sudden sharp and explosive but a gentle unfolding in a a noisy plant room which I could meditate well. (1960 to 1964---then forensics 1964 to 2000 with four one year breaks) 2000-2008 Uni and degree).

Then suddenly and unexpectedly in  Saturday 14th June 2025 in my flat and arising from the toilet and pulling up my pants and trousers, washing and drying my hands and starting to walk  with my rollator, just about three small steps and then; my eyes seemed to project two beams, gentle and slow and resembling sunlight and particles in them then I perceived somehow my room and hall and then extended to the window and garden, although I was stationary, I knew intuitively that the Universe was a projection of consciousness and a holographic appearance and it was only tangible to the human senses because of either; it was the Divine Plan as to feel the hologram as tangible or at sometime way back when we were energy beings and gradually took on forms of a more solid form and encapsulating  nature or over the years we became programmed by inculcation to believe we are here and in our bodies and this could relate to the illusion of reality and that we are gradually through the evolutionary energies of ascension regaining our energetic Cosmic bodies.

It is difficult to try and explain and convey these experiences and the feel of them. I do not know if one can train or try for them, for me I feel they arrive when the conditioned mind somehow 'lets go' and is free rolling as it were and another dimension or one's true nature shines through, these experiences do seem to lift me and give me a sort of peek of something else and maybe that something else is my true nature?

SHACK 4136 HOLISTIC

 Sometimes the title is spelt wholistic, this article (blog) is about interrelationships and that throughout the entire Universe and its dimensions which I include as no separate dimensions or add on but a holistic and seamless although maybe not obvious to sensory perceptions in the human domain.

It is my view that since creation there is an invisible bond of some sort that binds the entire Cosmos into a seamless entity and this thread is Spirit, soul which is the background or essence or the 'glue' that binds and yet is easy and not a yoke and one feels this with intuitive and not necessarily with a form or body, it is consciousness and gives the sense of Being. I feel the Being does not have to have a form and can be an energy 'form' body so to speak.

It is the Cosmic Universal family and whether felt or recognised is in some way interrelated and forms interrelationships and symbiosis. In fact Cosmic symbiosis 'all for one and one for all'. A Universe that works for all and everything, everyone everywhere.

Since 2012 then leading up to 2019 the 'technocracy' and the insertion of real disruptive technology spawned by an elite subset of humanity to control the world into a One World Government, many tried before going back into history however they never had the technology to affect the whole world and managed to do so in large parts of the planet. With the internet, digital and now AI they will keep trying and gives them the tools to implement this agenda.

The ancient history of these elite elements tried to break the seamless fabric of society and alienate and marginalise these peoples by invasion and threat and so cause distrust and frustration which breaks the spirit / soul link of the fabric and stain it with ego maniac dictators and their inflamed passion for power, lust and greed. Now through digital, surveylance, media and internet with social media outlets and the dark net it is easier for the cabal of anti spirit to infect and inculcate nearly everyone to a degree or so.

The Covid mongers and perpetrators are being exposed and long buried secret documents are coming to light and the Covid instructions---distance apart----lock downs----threats---and insinuations----no mask you are killing people and so on---and even when the perpetrators were caught breaking the rules, they went unpunished and excuses made which hinted that many more were in the 'perps' brigade. Then then those who were not allowed to visit dying parents and friends still needing closure. Young minds at the time felt by their sensitivity the pain, anguish and taken out of their routine, limited visiting and party's, in some countries not allowed to speak in the street and imprisonment for refusing vaccine, this set up an ethos a world wide anxiety net and the fear was hyped up.

This was an attempt by the deep state elite to 'break the back of society' but more so the spirit, the very backbone of the Soul link that binds the seamless fabric to creation and evolution and replace it with what they the elite called 'the great reset' a reset of twisted gnarled minds bent on their ideas of morality, ideology and governance.  Their slogan 'You will be happy with nothing' and so on with a seemingly plausible explanation to justify it.

For many it remains a lurking stain and a secret dread which has left a dormant seed but a feeling of 'something is not quite right' and this is fed by immigration, asylum seekers, racial discord, massive horrific crime and senseless torture, wars and their abominable scenarios, crimes against the most vulnerable, child sacrifices and human trafficking, poverty and taxing the poor and elderly and so forth. The elite take every opportunity to try and frighten the population like an ET attack, a new deadly virus, climate change and death and drought or water pollution, chemtrails and GM foods, deadly vaccines and so the Covid Ghost lingers over many and the attempt to break the fabric of society and human interrelationships carries on, to drive wedges, distrust animosity and even in my block of flats there is undercurrent of distrust.

I wrote recently about the 'disconnect' felt by many and this in my view is the feeling of the break in the fabric, the rupture in the reality that maybe different in different societies and countries but never the less a sort of agreement about human dignity and rights, this in many cases was torn asunder. The children growing up in war torn countries, their psychological wounds may never heal. AI although it can be useful can also select and provide new ways to shift the fabric aside and let the clever innuendoes and fears stack up and make society more on edge and more violent, depressed and suicidal. This causing the elite to take action through force to quell and put down those who wish to return to the fabric of society that is seamless and the fabrics symbiosis which is compassion, sharing and caring not only with material needs by the feeling of oneness and trust in the true human spirit.

SHACK 4135 EMOTIONS

 Emotions do fluctuate and determine how we feel. There is a debate whether thought causes the rise of emotions or emotions are the prime mover of the thoughts. I feel this is related to the 'illusion of reality'. In previous articles I have endeavoured to depict that reality is actually non existent and that as Einstein said 'Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one' and my 'Empty atom' however more so that 'no Identity and nowhere to hang my Hat'

Many articles (blogs) back contain the above. A synopsis is, when we are born we are given a name, not our choice, we can be given a religion or philosophy, a cultural lifestyle and so on and one 'day' we may wake up to the fact 'I have been taught nearly everything I know' I am a parrot, someone else's ideas, inherited ideas and second hand clothing, a cloned mind. Then I may recognise that my reality is based on beliefs which have ben drummed into me and I have accepted as the truth, furthermore I realised I have been brain washed and inculcated. It is really OK to stick with this conditioned mind if that is your choice and inculcation(constant and repetitive ideas so as to instil into the mind as truth and belief) many of these beliefs have been slightly modified and some over the ages and the history of them make it solid and untouchable or alterable, often with punishment for straying from them and producing guilt and shame in many incidences. 

So when many of these beliefs which can form rituals, platforms of safety are exposed as having been conditioned and not by choice, they have been instilled by constant exposure to them with no other choice and this not necessarily by unloving parents or guardians, they merely followed the paths, tracks and conditions that they were handed down and when we are young we have not been given the choice or discrimination due to our early years and the brain awareness to do so.

So our emotions maybe part and parcel of our belief system and it is seen that different belief systems can be at odds with each other as is seen in history and today with wars, ethics, political and religious hate and bias.

The shock at the awakening to all the above may leave one stranded and 'ship wrecked' alienated and stranded on a bare beech or desert with no horizon and in blind panic and severe withdrawal symptoms, I had a mind shift in my early years though a Koan but had a guide to steer me through most of it and when the Sensei went back to Japan and the Sifu passed away I was left to my own devices and when the Empty Atom and Hat hit me it was not a mind shift it was the loss of Identity and I had a severe shock and caused a disconnect and looking for reality which I felt did not exist and eventually realising it was very OK to live in the 'Empty Mind' however now and then a roller coaster can erupt.

I found or realised there was not such thing or platform as Reality and that the reality as such was an unstructured and unfiltered awareness of the true nature of reality. It has no definitions, borders or containers, a sort of no persons land and yet was peaceful and content in feeling and was even without the highs and lows of egoic or inculcated minds.

To sum up it may well be that emotions are brought about by the conditioned inculcated mind and whatever that the minds content have and the beliefs therein will cause and emotions according to the script laid down in the rules of the conditioning.
