SHACK 190 IN THE MIDDLE

www.dremtime.com

The boat leaves the dock and as it travels further the scene changes and then there is just shoreline, this fades and one is in the vastness of the ocean.

Going up to the very top of the boat one looks around and there is only horizon and which ever way one looks there is only horizon.  If one had a three hundred and sixty degree vision one would be in the centre of a circle’

Looking up at a clear blue sky one would with a three hundred and sixty degree vision be in the centre of a vast dome.

So whichever way one looks one is the centre.  Indeed this is meditation experiencing the centre of oneself as consciousness. Indeed all experience is felt in consciousness, as one looks outward it is seen by you the ‘experiencer’.  When one turns ones gaze inwards to ‘look’ at the mind it is the same ‘experiencer’ it is the witness and observer of oneself.

Whilst witnessing the emptiness in the circle and Dome, actually all are one it is witnessing the ‘void’ the emptiness if thought is not present, but it is not void or desolate there is the presence of yourself, the witness and as you feel this emptiness it becomes alive, then leaving it without explanation or understanding, there arises a bliss, a joy, a simplicity and one knows intuitively that one has found oneself.

The boat travels on and the shoreline appears and then the dock and perhaps buildings and traffic with people.  This scene will perhaps change or go in time and on death cease to be.
This maybe home for a while.  Being the circle and dome is the space of Being and is forever and ever.

However the circle dome provides the space for the shoreline and city to arise, for all the Universe(s) arise in space and so the circle dome is the essence and the shoreline dock the creation.

“In a study testing whether the relationship between exercise and health is moderated by one’s mindset, 84 female room attendants working in seven different hotels were measured on physiological health variables affected by exercise. Those in the informed condition were told that the work they do (cleaning hotel rooms) is good exercise and satisfies the Surgeon General’s recommendations for an active lifestyle. Examples of how their work was exercise were provided. Subjects in the control group were not given this information. Although actual behavior did not change, 4 weeks after the intervention, the informed group perceived themselves to be getting significantly more exercise than before. As a result, compared with the control group, they showed a decrease in weight, blood pressure, body fat, waist-to-hip ratio, and body mass index. These results support the hypothesis that exercise affects health in part or in whole via the placebo effect.”
Mind-Set Matters: Exercise and the Placebo Effect. Alia J. Crum and Ellen J. Langer, Psychological Science, Volume 18—Number 2

Many patients report symptomatic relief after undergoing arthroscopy of the knee for osteoarthritis, but it is unclear how the procedure achieves this result. We conducted a randomized, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy of arthroscopy for osteoarthritis of the knee.

METHODS

A total of 180 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly assigned to receive arthroscopic débridement, arthroscopic lavage, or placebo surgery. Patients in the placebo group received skin incisions and underwent a simulated débridement without insertion of the arthroscope. Patients and assessors of outcome were blinded to the treatment-group assignment. Outcomes were assessed at multiple points over a 24-month period with the use of five self-reported scores — three on scales for pain and two on scales for function — and one objective test of walking and stair climbing. A total of 165 patients completed the trial.

RESULTS

At no point did either of the intervention groups report less pain or better function than the placebo group. For example, mean (±SD) scores on the Knee-Specific Pain Scale (range, 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating more severe pain) were similar in the placebo, lavage, and débridement groups: 48.9±21.9, 54.8±19.8, and 51.7±22.4, respectively, at one year (P=0.14 for the comparison between placebo and lavage; P=0.51 for the comparison between placebo and débridement) and 51.6±23.7, 53.7±23.7, and 51.4±23.2, respectively, at two years (P=0.64 and P=0.96, respectively). Furthermore, the 95 percent confidence intervals for the differences between the placebo group and the intervention groups exclude any clinically meaningful difference.

CONCLUSIONS

In this controlled trial involving patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, the outcomes after arthroscopic lavage or arthroscopic débridement were no better than those after a placebo procedure.

You may not be able to see the author--it is Albert Einstein

Years back there were two themes that went around some circles; the first was that when the first Westerners came to an Island near Borneo and anchored their large ship off the coast due to the rocky shore and used small boats to go in, the islanders were amazed and said 'how did they get here' apparently they had never seen a large boat and so they did not actually see it.  The Shaman did apparently.

The second; in the Kalahari Desert the bushmen had an imaginary border and anything outside it did not exist, when the first helicopter arrived and parked near the border, they only saw that bit that was over the border.

Another incident I came across was a blind boy who lived on a sheep farm in the UK, he was operated on by a surgeon who had determined he could restore the vision because it was possible with this boys condition. The boy used to carve sheep out of wood by touch of model sheep given him.
When after a month in bandages around his eyes and face were removed, he cried because he could not see, the surgeon gave him a carving and said this is a sheep, the boy immediately saw the sheep and all else.

Another such incident was in the Khmer Rouge and the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia they used to carry out psychological and strange experiments. One was to have caves where youngsters were tied to the walls and only allowed by special lighting to see shadows, I have seen films of this and when soldiers liberated them they could not see them until they saw shadows which led them too them.  Its like looking at the space between leaves and other objects and that is the reality, I know of other experiments which did just that.

Then there is the so called 'Hundred Monkey or Critical Mass' regarding one monkey learned a new thing about washing potatoes in the sea and using a plastic cup to use as well from the scientists visiting this uninhabited remote place . When the tribe all copied the original monkey that was understandable.  However when the scientists went to another Island the same species immediately used a cup dropped by the scientists and washed the potatoes in the sea.

Rats were put into a maize and the reward was food at the end. This was done in the UK it took the UK rats three days to solve the maize, freshly built maize's in Japan and the USA with different but same species rats did it in one day. Children learning poems in a foreign language and repeating them often although not understanding them repeated the sounds until they could speak them fluently and yet still not knowing the translation, when this was done with other children in the same country, although not understanding what they were saying, the repeat time lessened and the more it was done the time became shorter.

This also happened in a experiment done in the Arthur Koestler Unit.

The Challenge of Chance: A Mass Experiment in Telepathy and Its Unexpected Outcome, a book on this subject; He set up a trust fund to establish, after his death, a Chair of Parapsychology at a British University. Edinburgh won this honor, and with it Koestler's own archive of most of his surviving manuscripts, correspondence and annotated books from his library.  The experiments were fascinating; in rooms in a long corridor apart there were comfortable seats and a computer screen in one and just a chair and goggles(in the early days a table tennis ball cut in two and painted pink) the first person selected an image on the screen and the second with goggles was asked to see what came into mind, by the end of two years they had a 85% success rate, then something really strange happened the goggles room anticipated the image before it was selected by the person at the computer and they selected the image of the goggles.  It reversed itself.  The participants were people asked from Princess Street in Edinburgh if the would like to take part in experiment just ordinary passers by. You might like to see Dr Dean Radin's work you can see the experiments on videos, they are not fake and those scientists who denounce him ignore the actual provable  facts and will not repeat them, why, because it will blow their local mind and not they are not big enough to encompass the unknown, a tribe member or Shaman.

Alfred Rupert Sheldrake (born 28 June 1942) is an English author,[3] and researcher in the field of parapsychology,[4]known for his "morphic resonance" concept.[5] He worked as a biochemist and cell biologist at Cambridge University from 1967 to 1973[3] and as principal plant physiologist at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics until 1978.[6]

Sheldrake's morphic resonance hypothesis posits that "memory is inherent in nature"[3][7] and that "natural systems, such as termite colonies, or pigeons, or orchid plants, or insulin molecules, inherit a collective memory from all previous things of their kind".[7] Sheldrake proposes that it is also responsible for "telepathy-type interconnections between organisms".[8] His advocacy of the idea encompasses paranormal subjects such as precognitiontelepathy and the psychic staring effect[9][10] as well as unconventional explanations of standard subjects in biology such as developmentinheritance, and memory.[11]
I was acquainted with Dr Sheldrake when I was a member of the Scientific and Medical Network, I feel a morphic resonance was set up at the Edinburgh University and those incidents above and below.

So is reality a conditioned reflex, is it a programmed, brain washed thing or can we put a real marker on this is real? It is tied in with with one's belief and cultural upbringing.  Was Tarzan of the Apes reality that his parents were Apes(books by Edgar Rice Burroughs)?

Perhaps if we questioned our own reality we might come to a startling conclusion---is my reality real or just based on my upbringing and Life experiences?

Strangely enough if this puts doubts in the mind then the quest to find out who one really is may lead to the fact that the only seemingly real reality is that emptiness and calm when the mind is at complete rest and there is nothing in mind.

Then the question how did the Shaman see the ship? Well they deal in dimensional shifts in the mind and not tethered to one reality of the tribal ethos, so the mind is not local and the non local mind embraces all and everything.
Also pygmies seeing a TV programme looked inside the box to see where the tiny people were. The first lighter and match they saw frightened them and they ran away.
when we say there are no ET and life on other planets------well are you a tribal member or a Shaman?

SHACK 183 ONLY THOUGHT

quotesgram.com

You know that feeling when you have a disturbing dream and you cannot remember it or only part of it.  Well some thoughts can have a similar haunting residue.

I used to have a repeating voice at certain bodily sensations that said 'cancer' or a reoccurring fantasy about a family I deserted. I did have suspected cancer of the lungs and caught it in time and did natural remedies and healing, that was in 1999 and then followed with prostate suspect cancer and followed the same protocol as the lung one.

The saboteur  voice is the voice of a very negative 'pocket' that runs through my family which my late mother and brother and now my nephew calls the Freed Curse.

I do not blame them for blame is denial and I do not blame myself although the cloud of fear sometimes 'bugs' me, especially when I am tired and stressed or if my energy levels are down due to chemtrails and a bad few days diet.  Since I have been on my 'fast' routine it has cleansed a lot of toxins from me and my senses are sharper than they have been for a long while, so if I take too much food or any additives and preservatives I get really 'off' and my body muscle and fascia memory with cellular memory click in and I am noticing that they rebel very easily if they do not get their 'fix' not to be taken for recreational drugs, I have never done them, I used to smoke cigars, roll up cigarettes and  a pipe some forty years back for about two years. So when I get knocked back by overeating as in the fast I tend to overeat when the first meal was due now I am eating even less and feel fine.  Its mainly psychological that I  have to eat more when the fast is over.

However, dealing with the cloud or fog that persists I find that meditation even when on the bus or train, washing up and so on, just letting the thoughts arise and the bodily symptoms that accompany no matter what horrors they bring 'you'll be back in hospital' 'You haven't the strength to go all through that again' ' You are not a victim of your family ethos, the world media writing about 'have you this and that symptom---it could be a sign of 'xxxx' 'Men are more reluctant to go for help---check with your GP before its too late' 'Prevention is better than cure that is if it can be cured'

So watching not letting the fear arise, be careful not to suppress, judge, analyze, push away or manipulate and you might find the mind slowly or suddenly clears and there is a softness and sometimes a joy and one realises 'oh its only a thought'.

A really persistent thought brings the worry and anxiety I am manifesting this by its constant bantering and mockery of me, is it real or is the ego just trying to regain its foothold on the slippery slope of its demise?

A test is the real you is not an anxious being and does not get disturbed-----so its up to me and you to do something about it and that mainly is nothing.

SHACK 182 GOOD OLD DAYS

list25

Many senior citizens like to say 'it wasn't like this in our days' or 'if only my Arthur or Gladys were alive'. If we always live in the past we are living only in memory and not what is happening now and so we might misread the information and its gets filtered and assessed through the sieve of memory and altered to suit present day occurrences and the consequences and unhappy outcome unless in the company of like minded folk.

Not all of the above can be said to be the past in a way.  For instance coming back to Judo and The Way in Tao if it becomes as in Judo an Olympic Sport where it uses weight categories and the training in the gym of resistance exercises muscle gain and physical dominance and skill perhaps not cultivated so much then we have mere grappling and that is OK if you wish that but it should be called another name Japanese Wresting as other forms have their name, Greco- Roman, Sumo, Catch, Free Style, Folkstyle and Collegiate, Northumberland, Cumberland and Westmorland and a host from many countries.

So Judo and Kungfu as taught by my teachers were linked to Zen Buddhism and Tao and were primarily based on meditation and was a spiritual pursuit as in distinction to a religious one. So yes I feel it one of the good old days that is good or rather appropriate.

I  might be accused of being pedantic and not living in the now of things. The now is in meditation and empty mind, the mind full of thoughts is a mind of lots of facets and innovations built from experience, the mind that acts from being is a mind that adapts and that is alright, however if one lives with just technical and mechanical means, that is how one becomes It seems Judo has followed the ego---strength, power, medals, trophies, dominance and not caring about the finer elements 'giving way to defeat' that is mainly counter defense, so one takes part in a kind of dance and uses the momentum to cause off balance and is relaxed and feels the other persons 'mind and intent' Judo and Kungfu as a meditation.

It seems wars, cheating, corruption, violence and so on is the name of the game today. win at all costs-----take professional Soccer with its huge salaries and sacked managers if the teams fail to produce results---many a player and manager crack under the strain of always winning---many other celebrity players of sport such as tennis, golf, motor racing, horse racing and other games are stretched to limit of human endurance and their bodies break down under constant injury.  Soldiers and Police face the same strains as this mania for success produces crime and adulation for celerity status.

The size, the weight, the speed, the wind and terrain can determine the 'wave' following and leading a ballistic missile . This then can be detected by a radar dish or antennae.  These arrays that pick up the frequencies merely relay it back to a computer screen and the incoming analysis is made by a software intelligence programmed to recognize the frequencies or a person who determines the outcome. The person is an organic Intelligence as in distinction to Artificial Intelligence.

The dish, antennae or array is not intelligent or sentient, nor is the software AI.  It is merely what it is Artificial Intelligence and can determine threat or Safe.

In meditation be the radar dish.  Just let the frequencies flow and let the logic and the intellect rest, they have their place in the scheme of things, for that is the way of things in Human Life.

Tell me what is the difference between Human Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence.  You could say AI was created by Humans and then who created humans-----the answer is the difference between AI  and Humans.

SHACK 180 THE WAY

The Tao Ba gua

Tao Tao or Dao (/daʊ/ChinesepinyinAbout this sound Dào (help·info)) is a Chinese word signifying 'way', 'path', 'route', 'key' or sometimes more loosely 'doctrine' or 'principle'. Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of "life" that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one's everyday being. The Tao differs from conventional (Western) ontology in that it is an active and holistic practice of the natural order of Nature and its universal awakening, rather than a static, atomistic one.[citation needed]
Laozi in the Tao Te Ching explains that the Tao is not a 'name' for a 'thing' but the underlying natural order of the Universe whose ultimate essence is difficult to circumscribe due to it being non conceptual yet evident' in one's being of aliveness.[citation needed] The Tao is "eternally nameless” (Tao Te Ching-32. Laozi) and to be distinguished from the countless 'named' things which are considered to be its manifestations, the reality of life before its descriptions . (COURTESY Wikipedia).
JUDO;Dr Kano believed that "jūjutsu" was insufficient to describe his art: although Jutsu (?) means "art" or "means", it implies a method consisting of a collection of physical techniques. Accordingly, he changed the second character to dō (?), meaning way, road or path, which implies a more philosophical context than jutsu and has a common origin with the Chinese concept of tao. Thus Kano renamed it Jūdō (柔道?, judo).[19]((Courtesy Wikipedia)

Dr Jigoro Kano was the founder of Judo---good reading.  He was caught in a snow storm on his way back from China and went into a cave to shelter. He observed a cherry tree branches snap under the weight of the snow and force of wind, while a willow tree branches bent and returned hence the ‘Gentle Way’ not the monstrosity and barbaric modern Olympic games Judo.  Giving way to defeat an opponent, avoiding.  Refer to SHACK 178 AND 179.

Neither of these two explanations above satisfied what Sensei and Sifu had explained and taught me.  They both called it the ‘Way less Way’.  It was the way of the Universe, Sensei described Ju as an implementing Do the way of the Universe. Sifu said the Tao was the same as Do and that the Universe worked as an intelligence that was beyond logic and understanding, that we had to be quiet and still even in action to ‘feel it’.  Both would say that explanations were useless and that if pressed would just say ‘this is the way it goes ---this is the way of things ---this is the mystery--- there is no logic it is as it is until it isn't'.  If pressed again for an answer they would walk away or say things like ‘ stick your head in the fridge’, ‘go play with the traffic’.

Again here we see the development of all the senses combined into one Radar type focused alertness a super fine awareness, which is dynamic, moving yet still and honed to ‘feeling’ as a quote from the famous Bruce Lee ‘Feel don’t think’

From another film the first Karate Kid with the famous Mr Miyagi ‘Mr Miyagi how you do that?’ ‘ Don’t know first time’

When is the way not the Way only when it is the Way. So what then is it?.

Be still quieten the raging storm in the mind, do not strangle thought or block it, neither let it take over--------the stateless state.

When I spoke to Mr Koizumi he was very despondent and he said that Olympic Judo was a monstrosity, weight, groups grappling, muri ni waza (unreasonable use of physical strength were not his way of Judo. (SHACK)

Gunji Koizumi (小泉 軍治 Koizumi Gunji?, 8 July 1885 – 15 April 1965), known affectionately by colleagues as G.K.,[1][2] was a Japanese master of judo who introduced this martial art to the United Kingdom,[3] and came to be known as the 'Father of British Judo.'[4][5] He was the founder of the Budokwai, a pioneering Japanese martial arts society in England.[2][6][7] Koizumi helped establish the British Judo Association,[8] and founded the European Judo Union.[2] He held the rank of 8th dan in judo.[1] Koizumi's apparent suicide in 1965 shocked the worldwide judo community.[2]

SHACK 179 THE ARCHER

pinterest

Long ago in Japan there was a famous archer he toured everywhere and was never beaten. One day in his travels he came across a remote village and although well off of the beaten track his reputation had gone before him.

The villagers held him in great esteem and the elder of the village said ' Oh venerable master there is an old man at the top of the mountain, a hermit and mystic he was said to be the best archer of all time'.  The master went to meet the old man and said 'you are or were the best archer of all time, how so'?  The hermit took the master to edge of a two hundred foot mountain edge and there the mystic stood right on the edge on one foot drew his bow and fired at a distant eagles nest ( the arrow could not reach the nest, it was just a target) and it was higher than the edge of the mountain.

The master shuddered he was scared to balance on one leg at the edge of the mountain with a huge drop below.  He asked the hermit to teach him.  Two years later the master could stand at the edge and release the arrow. The master then continued his arrogance and boasted he was the best.

The hermit then said you see that village down there a mere speck from that height, well down there is village elder who is better than I am he might have something to offer you.

The master then descended the mountain and went to meet the elder and said 'I was sent here by the hermit and he said you are still the greatest archer' with that the master looked for a bow in the home and could not find one and he said to the Old Man where is your Bow and Arrow and the old man scratched his head and said 'whats a bow and arrow'?

The master went away thinking the old man was senile and a dotard.  But you and I know he wasn't

Sensei and Sifu emphasized that the use of training physically with the breath and meditation was to overcome the ego, find compassion and be cheerful, happy and joyous. To have a still mind, empty and free mind.  If one still wants to practice that is fine so long as it is not for trophies and beating another, no fuel for the ego. Having attained a modicum of peace and tranquility many went to write poetry, draw and sketch or just live ordinarily in the village content and tranquil. (SHACK)

SHACK 178 THE DEER

dreams are so wonderful in many ways

“A deer knows it’s a deer. It has no inner conflict about its past, its purpose, its needs, or its destiny. It lives in the moment and is 100% resourceful at all times, minute by minute, its senses completely keen, its focus pure and unburdened.”
Apparently this quotation is allegedly taken from a Shaman somewhere in natures heritage.

To me this is like when one is in meditation, alert, hardly a thought, in the martial arts Sensei called it Muga Mushin
Muga-mushin (無我無心) is a compound term of muga and mushin. Muga literally means no-self[2] (derived from the Sanskritanātman) and Mushin no-mind[3] (also from the Sanskrit a-citta). What is negated is the empirical body-mind as an ontological independent state of existenceMuga and mushin point to the same thing, the state of egolessness, but from different perspectives. Muga refers to the negation of the physical state, mushin to the mental state of empirical existence.

To understand better mushin one needs to understand acitta, or simply its Sanskrit-root cittaCitta is not easily rendered into English. As is the case with so many other Sanskrit terms, there does not seem to be a precise equivalent for it in English. Previous translations have proposed a variety of renderings, such as 'mind-stuff', 'thinking-principle', and similar compound words. In many instances, citta seems to convey consciousnessmindintellect or psychic mass that orders and illuminates sensations coming from without—can serve as a mirror for objects, without the senses interposing between it and its object. Thus the non-initiate is incapable of gaining freedom, because his mind, instead of being stable (still, non-fluctuating) is constantly violated by the activity of the senses, by the subconscious, and by the 'thrust for life'.(courtesy Wikipedia)

Sensei described it as 'mind permeating body' and to look at the Mune Oshi some say this is a chest push, however I was taught that awareness ' like the cat at the mouse hole or the cart with fast horse at winding path, not knowing what is around the bend' and just raising the anticipation, a sharp radar without image of what it might be. Mune Oshi was the eye at the breastbone cleft as above.

The hands holding lightly and breathing easily looking at the Judoka's chest breast bone and noting the breathing, watching the tip of the breast bone, the hollow 'eye' the breathe in before the strike or throw, the breath in for action and so by watching the breath of the Judoka one can avoid the action, the deer senses are completely keen.  Empty Mind. Thoughtless awareness.

I was shown how to develop this through Sensei's Kendo training. Surprise attacks in unfamiliar places or familiar ones, until one senses the movement but not what it is. I found this useful when seeing clients, not to jump at them but to feel their problem. One can develop this in meditation as long as there no imagery, visualization perhaps just watching the breath.

Nowadays it doesn't seem necessary to practice just relax and enjoy, trusting the awareness will click in when needed.

SHACK 177 THE COMEDIAN

www.maxmiller.org

My late father knew a famous comedian named Max Miller.  Max was an extraordinary character.  He was flamboyant and risqué.

In the interval Max would go into the bar and Dad went in as well with a crowd of ‘in’ admirers I was outside and Max would say to Dad ' Maurice who’s the boy who’s the boy? (Max often repeated things twice) My dad would say that's my son Geoff.  Max would say 'Give the boy a sherbet (
Sherbet is a fizzy powder sweet, usually eaten by dipping a lollipop or liquorice, or licking it on a finger) they could make it into a drink by adding water.  Dad knew I detested sherbet and came to me with the drink and said 'tip it into the flower plant bucket and don't let him see you do it' I did this and Max saw my glass empty and ordered another one for me.

Max had several reputations of being mean or being awkward, I did not know if either were true and also tales of being mean and unkind to his wife, friends and chauffeur.  He was fondly nicknamed ‘The Cheeky Chappy'

He enjoyed notoriety and fame and had a lot of money.
Many years later Gill and I were walking down the promenade in Brighton a seaside town near London when I saw a stumbling downtrodden looking man shuffling along, I recognized it was Max. I went up to him and said ‘Hello Uncle Max’ he looked startled. 'I‘m Geoff, Maurice Freed’s son’ He replied ‘I don’t remember', he sobbed and said ‘ You Know no one wants to know the cheeky chappy anymore’ I put my arm around his shoulders and said ‘well I remember you’ With that he shuffled off and just ambled to a seat and gazed with a sad look at the sea, maybe at times gone past.

Gill and I went into a café and had some tea and we reflected on having a persona and fame, indeed anything that one uses as a mask to which one really is. When the fame as so many celebrities be they TV, cinema, sport or political fall out of fashion, indeed some retired folk, the mask falls away and a black hole and depression can ensue

. I knew a Chief Superintendent in the Police who came for counseling and he was just retired.  He said at midnight he was a plain Mr so and so and that ID card had all the power in it and his identity, now it was gone, a very good pension, a happy family and yet he had no hobbies, and felt that was another ‘activity’ and was not the real basic him. He took up meditation and found that quiet ‘beingness’ a feeling of being empty and yet full of inner joy and solitude.  He said ‘he had nothing to live up to or defend and this was really something, and this is who I am, I cannot define it but I can live happily with it.

SHACK 176 OTHER REALMS

artselectronic.wordpress.com

In Shack 175 a reference is made to a number of clients who had the ‘mysterious invisible ‘hand’ at work, a book of these could be presented, I saw three thousand clients in thirty six years at various clinics and workshops ( I had  workshops in the UK, Scotland, Canada and Europe, France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Spain and Germany).

The next series that could be a book full is my favorite workshop presentation (I did 61 subjects) Pre-life agreements.

I feel there is a ‘place’ in the non local mind, an energetic plane, a dimension that ‘houses’ these non logical or intellectual and often ridiculed by academia to be essentially as ‘real’ as everyday living and that all manifestations of the local and non local mind eventually fade and would be seen as an illusion, here today gone tomorrow.

Two brief sketches; On occasions couples or single clients would come in to see if a pregnancy could come about.  In a imagery we would go to the ‘place’ where deceased humans were now energy beings and wished to inhabit another life. The process took place in a chamber in the consciousness of imagery and a soul if you like would be present if that was to be and an agreement set up between the parents and the soul soon to be a baby. Couples in Germany, England and Spain are on record as having achieved this.

Scenario two; Birthmarks play an important part of this there is the BBC 40 minute programme of several documented reincarnations and birth marks.

Just one example from my files; a famous business man came for a session; he kept losing cases against large corporations who fiddled him.
He said he had a strange birthmark when he got vexed about the impending case.
I looked at the mark and from Forensic it looked like exit point of spear or large knife from back to front.  I asked him if he had a mark on the back and he said he was not aware of it, when I looked sure enough it was the stab, when I showed him the wound in a mirror he could not believe it. I said we could try imagery and access the hidden subconscious meaning; he laughed and said it was baloney.

Three weeks later he returned and said he would try, and I suggested hypnosis and regression. He said he was desperate. I told him I would take him to a friend of mine who was very good at this, he agreed as long as I was present.

Harry(name change) the therapist then asked him about the stabbing wounds and this is what came out; he was a small boy riding on the back of a horse and holding his father round the waist belt, on one shoulder was a quiver of arrows, the horse reared up, frightened by something, the boy fell off and one of the arrows fell out somehow stabbed the boy though the back to the chest.  The boy was dying and he mumbled ‘Father why you have ki---- and dyed before the last words or his father explaining it was a tragic accident.

This hardened business man wept like a child he understood that the corporations were like his Father, always stabbing him in the back and he was always trying to beat them.  Incidentally we did forgiveness stuff as mentioned in SHACK 175 and lo and behold at the next court case he won.

One can do imagery with deceased ones on forgiveness indeed a bulk of the work is on that.  I did it with my living family at present and my dear late father

It is never too late to forgive or love.
