 Feeling grateful not for anything but the feeling of being grateful. Yes I am grateful for spontaneous gifts and favours and unexpected events that bring joy and all the gadgets that aid me and the neighbours and my carers, however when I feel the joy of gratefulness without any cause or something to bring about this feeling I feel it bodily, viscerally, a gut level heart deep chest feeling and suddenly clouds lift and I feel blessed and close to divinity.

The darkest hour and pain can be lifted out of its gloominess and desperation and the gift of this feeling helps me to raise my spirits and even the dark atmospheres of climate the the oppression of the worlds wars and woes are recognised but the feeling of the hopelessness is mitigated and the positive silver lining in the proverbial clouds will eventually bring about the changes that the human hearts and souls so pleadingly wish for.  

What of destiny, karma and fate? Does the Universe hold an account book or is it the inculcated hard fast rules and regulations that society and our own past upbringing bestow on us and the collective will conscious and unconscious subtly and grossly impose on us in our various so called individual way and perhaps out deep intuitive wisdom temporarily clouded by the mundane and media excitement fog that attempts to smear the  field of all knowing of the quiet mind.

So be it the mystery of the Universe, the Creation and the meditative stillness, does this bring about a solution and the answer to the mystery? However the feeling of gratefulness at this sublime level so to speak for me is the answer not in words or actions but on a level of understanding that is not so much human but divine.

I know not why I am alive? What is life anyway? Other  than my parents having me I cannot begin to think why the Universe should want to spawn me? When I question this and now flat bound and disabled after leading a hectic life of huge presentation's, teaching, healing and travelling, plane, car, train journeys, and now the compliment being, doing from being, not doing from doing.

Doing from doing suggest to me foisting by egoic means me dictating to Life my wants which maybe at odds with the Universe's, it maybe my wants are not needs and the lesson now is to watch without interference the hungry ghost ego demanding action and hectic or so called meaningful action, even although I feel I should be doing something to assist or help the world family?  

So to face boredom and not feel lonely and to allow help through carers who are kind and yet feel they at times creep into my private space, which I always protected. This brings home to me the the lessons I wrote about inculcation and 'nowhere to hang my hat' 'On having no identity' The empty Atom and mind and so from a huge intellectual and mind shaking, mind blowing AHA's which certainly rocked the boat so to speak and a few months of definite withdrawal symptoms bordering on feeling disconnected from everything to the edge of mind venturing into madness and realising the emptiness, the void of liberation and not an empty pit of dark negativity, nay this was the message of walk your talk and so be it.

SHACK 40183 DISCOVERING THE TAO DAO IN SURBURBIA.

Until about one year ago I was able to walk and be going hither and thither and then the Covid Jab did something to my nervous system and my left leg started to stiffen and an accident that ruptured my Achilles Tendon some two years previous started to really cause me to become lame in that leg, so much so I have to rely on a rollator device to walk at all. 

Then four months ago I fell and broke my right wrist and injured my left elbow. I am now disabled and have to have carers to assist me. From a very athletic and busy life to now being flat bound from activity of travelling all over Europe and to Canada, living wild in Spain and presenting 720 workshops, seeing 3,000 patients and doing a Forensic technicians job, many plane and train journeys and driving over 250,000 in my lovely Volvo car to suddenly face incapacity and at first despondency and boredom although I can do seated Qi Gong and still meditate my inside world as it were was on going however somehow the lack of outside stimuli seemed to bother me.  

I do not care for much TV and found myself watching a bit more than usual and the thought of being a couch potato bothered me and I then found that I seemed to have no goal or venture and what is my use by being here on the planet and not be able to contribute and help in these bleak times. Then what came to mind was what the Krishnamurthy said and my Sensei and Sifu, 'being alone with oneself just watch the mind wanting to grasp something, some thought, some distraction and like the hungry Ghost I have written about is never quite full' 'The mischievous monkey mind the inner dialogue and chatter' this has presented itself with utmost energy in order to get my attention solely captivated by some distraction. I realise that which many a wise person has said, just to sit and contemplate, cogitate and meditate and is only one side of the coin so to speak, I also treated clients who were serene and contemplative by nature because of their spiritual disciplines and practises but were deeply disturbed when their ego or strong emotions or worldly events presented themselves to them.  I remember a great Judoka Gunji Koizumi the so called Father of British Judo and I asked him for a name for our local Judo club in Hendon and he said Shindokwai and  do not forget the physical practice as well as the meditation.

A great lesson for me is to receive and let help and assistance be Ok. it did not sit with me easily, I am a great giver and did not like to receive and I realised way back I am in control as a giver and to receive is opening to another and be in their debt as it were and be vulnerable and appear weak, now I am more open and transparent and realise the opportunity without meditation just by being aware of the 'hungry Ghost Ego' trying to grab the next attractive glamorous object and tinsel and the  urge to spend on gadgets and tech. I could see and can feel the pull of materialism and the urge of AI to make things appear as real just as the mind conjures up its fantasies and cravings and this reminds me of the Buddha being tempted with every distraction and holding fast to the illusion of life as it were and seeing it for what it is the dream of seduction and Jesus in the New Aquarian Bible being tempted by the temple and the most difficult beautiful maidens and lustful scenarios and in the 'ordinary' bible so to speak Jesus being tempted by the devil and showing him the world and saying bow to me and all this is yours and his reply get behind me Satan. The buddha in his Palace with all servants young and his family wearing make up and he managed to get out and saw an old man and death and then becoming a wondering sort of searcher and living the hardships of the simple life of nature and rough sleeping and simple food.

Yes I can see I want a mission to be useful, just sitting and sitting and friends saying your holding the light, no, I am not controlling what I want to do, to do nothing and let Life present itself to me and not me tell life what it should do for me. Here again the trap of doing giving and not sitting back so to speak and Let Life lead me The Tao and Dao lead me this then is when the mind is void and empty and I have nothing to do with it. I know I don't know but when I need to know I will know. What a wonderful opportunity tro watch the grasping and gasping, the slowness of the disability, the pain and the surrender to the situation what a lesson and I am grateful to Life for this seemingly new chapter and the journey it may offer.

SHACK 4182 INTERCONNECTEDNESS

WE may think and believe we are a unique and a separate being in some ways yes and in other ways no. From a human logical position we see a tree ourselves and other objects as a stand alone feature. Looking at Nature through an instrument is not nature itself, the map is not the the feel of being in the map' actual physical territory.

Actually looking or observing through an instrument is open to interpretation as to our experiences in life or training in science or religious indoctrination.

At the Atomic or Eastern Philosophic meditative view we and the natural Universe are the outcome of numerous interactions and these interactions produce the outcome of the form. There is every possibility and probability at the quantum level and that the mystery of the selection if it is a selection or random or creative intelligence like all things atomic and meditative is intuitive and free flowing and with the constant 'bombardment' of particle collisions may appear an accidental chaotic random process, however are we sure it is, after all the observer or now named the participator is a conscious entity and just could be the conscious participant is the unconscious influencer as it were of the selected form?  (see observer in the two slit experiment---recommend Cartoon Version Dr Quantum You Tube)

Viewing a link in a chain is the separate view and then what makes the chain a chain is the addition of several links. Maybe if one has never seen a link and observing one may question what is this object? Then when many links are joined the mystery maybe solved we may not know what this chain is for but it serves a purpose and use and later on it will reveal its purpose and use and as we maybe a link and not realise we are a link in the chain in the process of a sequence and series of interactions we are indeed the outcome of many interactions and this process is not static it is constantly jiggling and jumping at the quantum level and human interactions that the inevitability of new forms arising maybe slow to us humans but at that mysterious quantum level so to speak this dynamic process maybe giving birth in a process named evolution and awaiting the right timing  for gestation.

Perhaps the five mass extinctions and the impending sixth extinction (or New Age Aquarius) is the brewing and the restless of human activity at this time is or are the pregnancy and birthing process, the hormone activity of the birth process reflective in chaos or the teenage puberty and adolescents (adrenarche) equivalent or similarity. Like the caterpillar entering the chrysalis and the metamorphic or alchemy that results in the butterfly. Perhaps this is what will be needed for Homo Spiritulana Energetica to appear fully fledged on Earth and is occurring now with the Ascension process.

The last few months have seen to me very strange. From the Covid era when many 'fixed' patterns that were considered normal whatever that is, perhaps a general similar set of general similarities had been accepted to the whack at Covid and an attempt to reset the collective unconscious to the agenda of a cabal of elite families and a deep state running world wide by a few families and super wealthy persons lusting for power and total dominance.

Of course the power wars and political shenanigans going and oil at the forefront of the agenda. However I feel there is something far more than this; I feel the so called New Age Aquarian energies or as I name them the Ascension energies are really piling in and if accepted they are working on our natural DNA upgrade and in somewhat contention with the technological and medical upgrades being foisted on us with I trust the best of intentions and not a multinational chemical company money maker? There is a distinct feel, not a disconnect, or a wilful avoidance or a shrugging of the shoulders and couldn't care less or its just an illusions? Perhaps it is a deliberate illusion put out by the AI digital hertz  as below;

Some time back there was a professor I was in touch with and she claimed back then she could cause a small town or village to sense images implanted by frequency and if you refer to our friend Space Law H.R.2977 and exotic weaponry it was possible then and twenty years back from the act.   Also I have repeated images of Morpheus and the Matrix in the articles. Another point was raised perhaps it might be the extraordinary astrological line ups during March, April and May

and some astrologers have been strongly pointing out this has been a hugely significant turn in the history of the future world ethos and world order.

 

Most of the people I have spoken with and contacted me with the feelings above relate to this as as an energy or auric intrusion and some say that they feel they have gone up a notch or two as it were so to speak this I relate too as well. For me I feel more at home with myself and my relationship with my garden and the trees which I have written about elsewhere seems more natural and family. The days that I now spend at home in my small flat are filled with this; as I am now disabled and have carers assisting me and I face being flat bound and I wonder how am I contributing to Mother Earth and the Great Spirit they tell me I am 'holding the Light' well I do not feel this is so however I feel this is right for me although God alone knows why? Others feel although they are active and get out and about, they wonder what they can do as the world atmospheres seems on a down word spiral and their means of service due to the circumstances has dried up and they feel their inactivity is meant to be as well and all is well.

Certainly it is an act of faith and trust to let things be and yet at times our actions when required whatever that may be is sort of right timing, spontaneous and synchronistic. Perhaps a new era of doing from being.

I issue you dear reader with a challenge; if you will look at Image 4 and compare to Image 5 then if you have followed my writings on inculcation and the empty atom and see the connections and most of all the feelings they engender.

German biophysicist Fritz-Albert Popp discovered that all living cells emit weak electromagnetic light, known as biophotons, which are produced by DNA to regulate cellular communication, metabolic processes, and overall health. Popp's research suggests that human beings are essentially "light beings," emitting coherent "laser-like" energy, with higher light coherence indicating better health, while chaotic, higher intensity emissions signify illness or cancer. In the light of the video and Morpheus in image 4 maybe all bio photons and this light does not materially exist as such, they are light emanations from somewhere?

I came across light in March 2013 in image 2, it came about as I was in meditation and I went deep into a glow as it seemed inside my head and I felt elated since then this has expounded and at times like infinite space. I then was researching and came across Dr Andrew Newberg and his article and posted it in Thursday 7th.March 2013 as above. This led me onto Maxwell Cade and the mind mirror(I have a workshop and client technique without bio feedback on the mind mirror) and we had exchanges mainly at the Wren Café St James Church Piccadilly London where I was therapist for thirteen years and tended to 3,000 persons seeking help. I then retired from Forensics and found my way into a voluntary research project in a laboratory near Cambridge which was affiliated to NASA and I wrote about that in many articles especially at 5G and Covid, we were shut down several times, I did not get paid, we were sponsored by a Prince from Arabia. I  then got a science degree from a NASA Uni in France on Quantum Metaphysics and this led me to the Empty Atom and the inculcation, my PH.D taken down and other degrees as I have mentioned and asked to resign because of my then controversial views on mainstream academics and criticism of the various faculties. 

It became clear that we are a hologram and we are as the video image 4 and image 5. The light I experience to me is the emanations coming from source. It is neither in the brain or is there a brain and so the Koan and paradox may drive you deeper into who are you? and the old spiritual question 'who am I ' when yo do not have to ask this you maybe the mystery you seek is yourself whatever the self or soul is?

Einstein; 'Reality is an illusion albeit a persistent one'

SHACK 40172 THE FROZEN PLANET

Well the title could be the frozen collective unconscious. I sense in the background the back burner a slight tension hovering over Earth, like a false membrane, a human fear auric substance. When the Atomic bombs were exploded over Japan at Hiroshima on August 6th 1945 and Nagasaki on August 9th1945 there was a whole new event of such colossal impact that I don't feel the populace completely comprehended, the enormity of this weapon and its effects long after detonation are only now fully coming to light. 

In the early days when the atom was split a book by Dr Fritzof Capra named the 'Tao of Physics' which I wish I could find the first editions which is and was brilliant, to me the later editions does not cover the following; the similarity between scientific equations and Sanskrit writing and other esoteric writings and the shock that some of the scientists went through at the discovery and some had mental breakdowns and much more. I wonder if Dr Capra was 'lent on' and the book taken down. (As I type this a search and purchase hopefully will be the early edition I will wait and see).The shock of this was relayed to me by my late cousin Dr Cyril Woolf who either worked on the team with Rutherford and others and then Oppenheimer and he said some of his colleagues went crazy and some were suicidal. In my view I feel the impact on the Collective Unconscious was felt and perhaps the mass populous did not feel the reverberations until the media and press highlighted the terror of it. Even though it it might not be felt consciously, I feel it lies dormant as a ghost and awaits its impacts in dreams and auric displays. When it is fully comprehended then the might might shudder and freeze at the full  impact of this. 

The New Age Aquarian movement of which I was in and in which I well acquainted and my 1967 downloads mention on the splitting of the atom 'the veil' was rent open and it allowed all sorts of other dimensional beings and energies to infiltrate the Earths Auras and human Auras and the Aquarian movement (not the mass Hype One) held meditations and cleansing rituals and meetings. I remember the ones I did at Findhorn and at other places and to some extent I feel it either 'plugged' the gap or somehow it caught the attention of some Angelic ET units to assist in the cleansing. I contributed often and it prompted me to to Post The UFO Story I have posted it many times perhaps the May 1st 2005 in Title 'Repost' is one of the many posted the first UFO STORY I posted in 1979 in the late Energy Grid Magazine. I posted this in attempt to curtail false channellings of ET. I suppose I was and am judgemental  of these chaneller's although some are right on the mark. By the way I feel Cern are attempting to open 'the veil' again and some of their rituals near them at the opening 

• Opening Ceremony: The June 1, 2016 ceremony featured a theatrical performance titled "Sacre del Gottardo" with over 600 dancers and acrobats, which was widely discussed for its unique artistic direction. If you look at Post Monday 20th May 2024 'Tittle is there a n ET Menace' you will see some pictures of the 'Sacre del Gottardo' and some suggested it was a satanic devil display and in the article you will see that suggested tunnels link it to Cern and alleged mysterious caves therein. The opening gambit extols deep religious holy faith?
• In satanic black magic the Mass is said backwards was this an attempt at the same.

Then Covid has the same frozen effect on many and now these strange wars and the threats of a Nuclear confrontation raises its head and the fact of how oil and chemical fertilisers hold humanity to ransom in the power play politics of this time.  

I feel we are approaching a climax and I posted articles and inserted my feelings on a Tip Over Point and this is in a post on Post 10 March 2013 and this long article there can be found many interesting points including the theory of mine named the 'inverted V'.

I feel we are approaching some Tip Over point, which when it goes I have as yet I feel is not clear to me, however back then in 2003 I felt it would tip to a consensus of the polarities being 'joined in a way' 'polarities being complementary' by mutual world ethos, that an awakening of a sleeping populous deprived of their and mine comfortable amenities would some how not only by protests and divisions and force and war but flood the Collective Unconscious and that it would infiltrate as an awakening an 'ah ha' some sort of mass telepathy by the awakening would open the lock gates of negativity and a tentative world peace and sharing with an outflow of genuine compassion open the flood gates to an Aquarian age of beauty and joy which we may experience in a new era.

SHACK 40171 ENDLESS

Sometimes when I am sitting quiet or just quiet and still and thoughts are either absent or just floating away I am acutely aware of being aware and I sense it is unadulterated pristine
 space if one can describe it so. It feels eternal if one can define that and unmoving it just is.

The image above is a Mobius strip 'Surprisingly, you'll end up back at your starting point, having drawn on what seems like both sides of the strip. Yet, you never actually flipped the strip or moved your pencil to the other side. This is the magic of the Möbius Strip, an object that truly embodies the abstract concept of infinity in a tangible form.

Of course this does not explain the feel of the eternal space and may I suggest that you make one. Perhaps when you come back to yourself at the start so to speak you may understand intuitively what this may feel like and I emphasise 'feel'.

Oh to me it feels sort of holy, vast and where creation arises from or out of and collapses back too when the form is recognised as a mere apparition and the nature of thought just cloud like, fleeting and has no real tangibility and to me suggests the transient illusion of reality, as if thought provokes and stimulates emotions and touch and they maybe just mind magic and not reality. 

When Mahākāśyapa who was a disciple of the Buddha smiled as the Buddha held up (many versions of the freshly picked Lotus see the event in the Vulture Peak and gathering) it may suggest or intuit spontaneously your own understanding not by logic but by feel. For me I felt that this sprung out of the emptiness and was a mind invention, the fleeting instant 'feel' was joy, freedom, that the flower was another mind expression and was not real, it came and went like life and was the Buddhistic expression of impermanence. To me this many years later on became my inculcation work Einstein's 'Reality is an illusion albeit a persistent one'  I appreciate that many academics do not agree and great discussions have and are still going on, however for my feel of it it sums up the fleeting nature of reality which inculcation produces.

This great infinite eternal space, still and quiet is the womb of creation and holds the Universe with its apparent dimensions and complexities with in it yet it is not an IT it is what it is and beyond human understanding and yet humans can 'touch IT and yet not describe or explain it' this is the mystery of Life and for some of us it drives us on and to feel seek leaving logic behind and yet attempting to explain in vain what we have experienced and who experienced it.

This fits in with the empty atom, the atoms are collected to put thought into so as produce some form, their nature like as above is fleeting and in the quantum realms are hard to locate and various anomalies arise such as  Heisenberg's 1927 ' uncertainty principle' and so on. Of course the human mind and the ego find it difficult to deal with uncertainty and emptiness and so build elaborate intricacies and high-sounding words ( Doctor you have coryza , oh my god is this serious, no it is a cold). We baffle people with expressions like this to appear clever, intellectually superior and reap applause and authority and have degrees and uniforms to enhance this.

 In the vastness of space there I am, not a personal I am but an impersonal free, no identity to 

past future or any particular direction, who am I then? A nobody somebody, with no idea of  anything yet all knowing.

Such is the bliss of not knowing and yet knowing everything. Only need to know by feeling and intuitive flow of the Way, that mysterious Way which is the flow of the Cosmos. What of the Cosmos? Who can say, who can utter a word or explanation about the Tao, the Do, the unfolding and unfurling of this eternal medium.

The Koan of knowing and not knowing, one may say they are opposites and yet not even complimentary nay they roll around one another and they are the same, still puzzled?

SHACK 40180 STOP THE WORLD; I WAN TO GET OFF

Could this be another aspect of karma. It came to me that the saying 'what goes around comes around' it also reminds me of the orbits of planets, seasons and sometimes habitual habits. 'Tide and tide wait for no man' 'Time and the clock wait for no person' and the orbits, seasons and so on wait for no one, they persistently carry on their paths and seemingly destiny and their time of doing so is well beyond a human life span, it is the way of the Tao, that mystic way of Life, in fact the way less way, the hint of a mysterious force and intelligence which drives these cycles and rotations and seem to keep a timing which is immaculate and precise. 

Perhaps their function is to perform these habitual performances like our addictions and habits until their purpose has expired and as they say 'job done'. Is this the end of the creation, probably on some level, are these cycles reminiscent of resurrection and reincarnation ? Until we have worked out our unfinished business of multiple life times and indeed the monotony and the rote of mundane Life and maybe our karma ways heavily and some events press our patience and tolerance and we wish to get off this Erath, this planet.

Perhaps these are lessons devised by the Universe to allow us to rise as there is a theory that we reincarnate on Earth and then we may rise in consciousness and live on the planets of the solar system ands then to travel to elsewhere in the heavens. Is all this just conjecture and as some others say it is all illusion and the fabric of Universe is vibration, frequencies and energy, so another set of paradoxes and Koan's. However they can stimulate one or drive one nuts or enlightened.

SHACK 40179 ECHOES

 It came out of nowhere from nowhere. On the Moon where there is no atmosphere to hear it if a sound is activated no one would hear it, that is why Astronauts have to speak with radio devices. Because if it had atmosphere waves of sound would be initiated. Space has no sound that humans so far can here.

The sound out of nowhere was mystical and in my head so to speak it was not like I was speaking in inner voice it had no message it was not verbal, it vibrated my inner being and gave me not words but feelings, it did not present me with pictures nor colours but invisible waves or pulses were felt, it echoed and yet it did  not reverberate, it did what it did without embellishment or enhancement, it seemed mystical and recognisable as if many aeons passed and this ancient sound / voice has accompanied me and was the echo of antiquity and the carrier wave for my soul and astral self to surf and navigate with. 

What can one say about these events that seem to break through spontaneously and break the mundane chatter that is mere rhetoric and sometimes gibberish, perhaps this intervention is a reminder of my past before I was born and to remind me of loftier soul travel and heavenly endeavours.

SHACK 4178 MEMORY FIELDS

 I am struggling to write this as it may seem like 'sour grapes' or just boastful ego and lamenting the past. I did a lot of research into the holographic brain and in back articles such as Post 304 'wonders' 11th,Febrary 2017 I touched briefly on the holographic brain and had a few brief exchanges with the late brilliant Karl Pribram. My theories and ideas were listened too and like my University offerings on the subject and my stance on Consciousness and the Creative Natural Universe, I was asked to leave and had any papers and degrees nullified.

Part of the research was recently stimulated by an article by Lyn McTaggart of the the brilliant WDDT journal on scientists and the brain does not hold memories and information, I stated that in the study of the holographic brain along with such facets as pluripotent and totipotent cells, Gabor and Fourier processes and prompted by the brief of the 1967 downloads that all memory and information 'storage' were 'stored' in magnetic 'wave' containment fields analogous to TV, mobile and Radio programmes and were and are  emanating from the Creative Divine Intelligence via the quantum vacuum zero potential field or human egoic collective unconscious and over the year compounded by inculcation;

note 'persistently with repetition so as to instil idea, theory, attitude or practice and instill---
To instill means to gradually and steadily introduce ideas, attitudes, or feelings into someone's mind, typically over a long period, this is a type of brain washing producing the conditioned mind. This can contain addictive and a closed concretised mind sets and patterns.

Often these introduced patterns and mind sets deprive the recipient without choice and they become through repetitive exposure to become a belief not by choice although the recipient is not aware of the fact the belief was not originally their choice.  Throughout the history of the thinking mind these egoic mind sets are at odds with the Natural Evolutionary Divine Mind Set in many instances.

Then I went onto say that these mind 'memory fields are mentioned and maybe the Akashic records a sort of Cosmic Library and certain sensitive persons maybe able to access them. I feel that certain people like the late Edgar Cayce, Madame Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner and many others (beware of New Age Hype and false Shamanic internet claims especially now with AI). These fields are a wave like construction and have a signature magnetic resonance that through the magnetic resonances are able to mix and infiltrate and produce holographic contents to the brain. They can share and mix graphic content so that many configurations and upgrades can enter the brain at the request of the EGO the supervisor and guardian of the selective fields contained in the 'box sets' and can at a flick of a switch so to speak defend or attack as the purpose deserves. The brain acts to supervise bodily functions and store formation as a broadcast to the containment field or download information like TV remote control.  These will be verified in the coming years between 2033 and 2075.

In the 1967 downloads it went onto say that there is a new human evolving named as Homo Energetica Spiritulana named by yours truly in 1967,( some are calling them Homo Luminous, Homo Aquarious Homo Atlantis and so on)they will have an advanced consciousness, a vast 'open mind' with the realisation that the so called 'empty mind' is a mind filled with just consciousness and very little logic which will be awareness of Itself as Awareness which is consciousness and is intuitive and often contradicts logic and defies some academic offerings.

More on waves; Post 275 'A floating DNA'  August 11 2016 goes a little into the real 'phantom wave'  with scientist VLADIMIR POPONI  and  Peter Garieav did experiments which have now been banned and distorted and I am not going to get into the mix because should you see a connection with the above and the phantom wave you have it. The video of the two scientists named above have been taken down as you will see in Post 275, if you no how you can get them.

There is much more and the Post 275 will open the eyes to some fascinating research and ideas which go into realms of the mystic scientist.

Who are you before you were named? Was this the first brain washing, I did not chose my name then followed by cultural, religious, Life style etiquette. Yes First nations are to some extent brain washed however I feel to more sharing, caring for one another and the planet. Could there be a correlation between baby mind and 'no mind' in Eastern Philosophy?

SHACK 4167 THE DARK UNIVERSE

 It was a warm sunny day and yet I felt cold not the cold of tempreature but that cold of something so still and yet so dynamic, I felt the cold of the Universe at rest and clawing back the kudalini it had expended as if every soul was dredging out its negativity and karma. The stillness was dark and the heavenly host were on their knees bowing to the GREAT SPIIRT the Great Source of Life.

The stillness surrounded me and my body felt heavy and I felt dizzy my kneck stiff and there was a calm beauty and in that my beauty and in that calmness I was fully committed to feel 'feel committed to thee oh great spirit, take me now to your bosom and I surrender to your will and my will be willed to your will' slowly life and energy crept back into my inert body and I arose to go up and continue the day.

SHACK 4169 DESPAIR

 I awoke and I felt a cold dark fear, a desperation and a crying in pain and torment. Hundreds nay Thousands of souls in human bodies, shuddering from the sound of bombs and wondering if they would survive, hungry and thirsty fearing the knock or bursting door staring at masked persons and at a rifle, stripped searched thrown out of the home and imprisoned, tortured and dehumanised. 

God help us and they feel they have been let down by God and their country and where do they turn in their despair, some choose suicide, others stoically, others rant and rage and can go mad, some look at their dismembered hand or leg, hand or eye and pray for their death or deliverance. 

The scars physical and emotionally may never be erased and even when taken to a tent or some sort of relief place, may never find peace or rest, some keep their prayer, others despair.

And I what can I do help or assist. I give money to charity. I silently pray in stillness not a prayer for deliverance but for those perpetrators of this violent assault be made to see the suffering and have mercy and compassion, I feel deeply their pain and oppression and I do a puja and there are such assets as Tonglen (a Tibetan mind imagery which converts negative energy to a more positive stance) the puja is a means with Tonglen that came to me as I presented so many workshops and therapy sessions and they seemed to help many and situations, so I do these when it seems appropriate to do so as I feel that rote can be mechanical and the right timing and feeling in stillness or a spontaneous prompt seems more efficient and meaningful. Of course Great Spirit knows our Hearts and Minds and with all that goes on today Great Sprit does not ignore the cries and it does not fall on deaf ears, Great Spirit, God Almighty feels this but has a purpose in not interfering and remains a mystery of which I can intellectually comment but this is my ego and I can only remain in stillness and see the outcome as much as it distresses me.

SHACK 4168 HEAVENLY HOSTS

Sometimes in my quiet times I can feel a sort of presence, not the presence which I humbly feel or recognise as the Devine. I feel there is an angelic presence, maybe it is imagination or wish, I would really love to see an angel and I feel that they exist and that the Great Spirit allots an Angel and I am told we all have a Guardian Angel, somehow I have the feeling this maybe authentic. I am also told that Angels can thwart certain attacks or help heal, this is true for me as I have been 'delivered' from certain incidents and illnesses in wonderful ways.

Anyway, I love the feeling and idea of Angels and I await such a time I maybe given a clue to their existence in real time in this body, although real time is an illusion and maybe Angels are not?

SHACK 4162 UNDERSTANDING

 In conversation with a Vicar he quoted me this as above from PROVERBS 3:5 and the rest of the text, as he felt I had Buddhistic and scientific leanings, I replied I am no authority of Buddhism or science and I certainly cannot speak for those in Buddhism or Science and can put forward my own view from my experiences.

I told him I felt that as far as I have heard read Jesus said ' "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid" (John 14:27, and I have heard it was said that peace that passes all human understanding.

Well of course you have heard and read of my feelings about inculcation, brain washing and the conditioned mind (In April 2026 I will be doing a full explanation on www.geoff freed.com or online) I then went into my spiel as in article in brackets and he went away with deep frowns and said he would get back to me.

Basically everything we know are other people ideas and modified over different epochs we are mostly cloned minds. When human understanding or thoughts are suspended in inner bliss and peace, we lean not to our own understanding.

SHACK 4165 SECRET PLACE

 Again as in previous Shack the Vicar and I got into 'the secret place of the Most High' He said in deep and earnest prayer he felt he entered a different Dimension, I felt the same in meditation and that Stillness was the highest form of prayer. We had a chat about deity and he prayed to Jesus and I have done on many occasions as well as Krishna and Buddha, however I felt the formless prayer or just to sit in stillness was for me the way I felt more comfortable.

The Secret Place for me was when thought naturally was absence not by suppression or act of will perhaps just surrendering to the quiet mind as natural as possible and perhaps acknowledging 'thy will be done or may my will be in tune with the Great Spirits Will' and the absence of images, not that Jesus, Buddha, Krishna images are displeasing but in that quiet empty space the spirt is felt behind the symbols that the pictures represent, they are human figures and images and in my view I need to get to the essence and feel the presence of that which is Most High.

We agreed to disagree and he felt I was a little if not wholly arrogant and that being a monotheist was somehow not a complete spiritual person.

SHACK 4168 The Nectar of Love

 Many of us have felt heart love, that deep emotional feeling around the heart chakra and heady feeling that accompanies it. Then the more general warm feeling sometimes with a tinge of sadness that is compassion. 

However on rare exquisite occasions there maybe a delicate fond a passing nuance, a gift of the angels so to speak, a sweetness beyond honey or any taste, a sort of delicate touch so sweet and light that it almost feels too much to bear or handle, it melts the heart so to speak and also is associated with a perfume of heavenly delight.  This I have found around a lovely female and some dogs or horses and certainly trees and even with male friends like deep celibate monks. It is like wafts, a breeze so fine that it is barely perceptible.

This I have found to be the Nectar of Love.
