SHACK 4189 THE ART OF NOT DOING

 I used to be busy doing every day, forensic work in day or night, one to one's with counselling or psychotherapy in a clinic somewhere, weekends presenting work shops all over UK, Germany, Italy, France, Canada and before all that teaching Kendo, Judo, Meditation, then a sort of burn out producing Lung cancer and Prostate cancer and the decision to refuse chemo, surgery or radiation and go so called alternative or complimentary and all the workshops, clients, patients, counselling came to a stop, mind you with Judo / Kendo I just went cold on it , I naturally lost my passion and interest which launched me into presenting workshop's on seventy three subjects and I saw 3000 clients in counselling and psychotherapy in 13 years.

I then left a lovely spacious flat and came to a small block of flats that was termed Sheltered Housing and apart from doing qi gong and meditation there was very little doing, I did some private psychotherapy , counselling and some energy healing in a Swedenborg church over the road for a couple years with a qi gong class and I suddenly lost the passion and motivation and through a Covid jab which I did not want but did it left me lame in the left leg, I was grounded so to speak and then had a fall and broke my right wrist in March 2026, I am flat bound and I am finding apart from blog writing I am facing a complete absence of doing, apart from household stuff, some cooking and laundry and even that is assisted by having carers.

I like so many who read my blogs have said the resets and changes in world affairs have asked themselves, many are homeless, cannot find work, finding money just enough to survive, they tell me I am bored, depressed and what is my life, what is life, I feel I am not contributing. So many young people and those older folk who have lost their jobs and war veterans who have PTSD are suicidal and the in the UK mental illness substance taking, crime and suicides are are copious and the government has not the money to have help and clinics are out of funds and there is no funding for them. While millions are spent on soccer/ football transfers and some players getting massive wages and are millionaires.   

I am 87 and 88 in three weeks, I am fortunate to have a state pension and a small works pension in  which I am taxed and it is just enough to pay the ever rising food  bills , the rent and electricity and a warm dry place to sleep and rest in. However I am faced with the same as many others I am doing nothing, I cannot go out due to me being severely disabled and in pain at times what is Life, I am not a TV viewer about an hour a day, I do not read books or look at my computer and writing blogs takes me very little time so ' I am getting to face the title 'The art of not Doing' to face the naked mind and to watch the ego get restless and want to fantasise or do meaningless things. The art of not doing is simple do nothing and should one realise that in that nothing there is peace and actually accepting it is deep meditation or just meditation, deep to me would prolonged and in meditation one is aware and soporific.  

Then comes the question, so what is Life if one is not doing?  To me Life is being aware of being aware and being conscious and fully aware of no thoughts just conscious awareness of being present in the now with a naked mind, so to me mind is awareness without thought so life is awareness, the Universe is self aware and we are the conscious expression of the Universe being conscious of Itself. We are the witness to the Creation and The Creator being conscious of Itself and as The Creator created us we are an aware entity a splinter of the Creators awareness and so the old saying The Creator Breathed Life into us we might say The Creator gave us consciousness or awareness which is Spirit or Life.  Pure awareness is Being and not doing. 

I feel the term mind is not applicable in a way, I feel mind is what we fill it with thoughts, experiences, emotions we make the mind with what we fill it with, actually a mind without thoughts and so on stripped of content is just awareness. So Life is just awareness, the point is can we live with this naked bare awareness, so we may come to watching the content and just attention without intention. Perhaps this meditation in a pure form.

SHACK 40183 THE GROTESQUE AND A WALK ON THE DARKSIDE

In the days of forensic work and seeing so many patients in psychotherapy, counselling work along with meditation, Judo, Aiki do, Kendo, Tai chi and qigong with steeped into ancient traditional Samurai Ka, Taoist, Zen Sensei and Sifu they constantly told me that just meditating and experiencing the bliss and grace was only one side of the coin so to speak and to let the horror of the dark unconscious images arise and not subdue them or encourage them is to be a 'whole person'.  I wondered why the years in forensics and seeing horrible mutilated bodies, the naked raw emotional ripping open torsos, corpses or those who had sexual relationships with corpses and terms describing them such as necrophilia and necrophiles sex with corpses, paraphyllia sexual arousal through objects, thanatophile sexual arousal through attraction or obsessive fascination about death and so on, all came through the compass as it were of those years, prior to therapy and forensic work I was like a Zen Monk type during those therapy and forensic years I hardly meditated or did any breath and energy work and yet there was always a shadow in my actions as if in the depths of my consciousness I was dimly aware of that 'inner intuitive spontaneous feel' and in desperate moments it broke through and 'saved the day so to speak',

I realised that just getting patients or myself to just accept or surrender to a situation was not enough, the seed in the unconscious would grow again and like a weed just chopping off the top left deep embedded roots to flourish should an opportunity present itself, like saying I forgive you and just to settle for peace sake, like the absence  of war, does not mean there is still a deep somewhat buried feeling  'revenge'. When the root was confronted sometimes the most terrifying thought, situation or feeling was faced full on it was enough, so many addictions faced full on lessened and gave a space to harness the inner strength not through will but by quiet attentive non judgemental witnessing and so many saying it was just in my mind and I now realise it is so transparent that is nothing to fear. Then one has accepted and surrendered and true peace and forgiveness is there.   

I have at times been wracked and gone through hell and torment and have felt going to the edge of my mind so to speak and the edge felt there was no possible way out but to die or harm myself or run away and to run where? only to realise what was there would run with me and the realisation was not a logical solution it was a deep feeling that the 'inner something touched me so to speak'. At such times I felt a deep sexual arousal mostly at deepest fear and either masturbated or sought my sexual partner, not my wife and I could see or feel in that 'frenzy it was lust and just to relieve the pressure of the negative projected fear or situation and that trapped or imprisonment of my own beliefs and thoughts and sometimes it intuitively came to me these were instilled by brain washing and inculcation, that is the constant repetitive rote that I felt deeply was not me, yet still had a vice like grip and produced guilt and shame if I tried to shake it off either by distraction or meditation.  Nay, face it full on go to the edge and jump and not even to jump, sometimes at the edge I walked the horror of the dark side and realised my unconscious images from the conditioned brain washed mind were the dark side and produced those jumbled grotesque images. 

So many of those frenzied murders and patient torments came from the energy of the negative thoughts that tortured them, especially deeply religious persons who were brain washed and conditioned and as the conditioning wore off and bits broke through the nightmares and pain assaulted them, such as some soldiers, forensic, police who have witnessed atrocities that they rebelled against and yet had to their duty. I also saw a few times some 'so called spiritual groups' who practiced Tantric yoga and aroused spontaneous kundalini and some satanic black magic circles where sacrifices were made that aroused deep sexual feelings and mass sexual rites often exotic sexual stuff ensued. Many Hollywood films of the various facets I have described have been made. There is so much more and the ego loves this, also I have seen and witnessed many astral entities who are attracted to the dark side as it were and feast of the lasciviousness, satyriasis, nymphomania and hypersexuality. Of cause this can be the kundalini or chi stuck at the base chakra or lower chakras and many approaches can help to relieve or heal such tendencies.  

Another point to consider is the repetitive nature over the thousands of years these dark inculcations have gone on buried pushed down locked in darks vaults of the mind through countless incarnations and waiting like deep volcanic pressure to erupt in the wars of today and all the karma breaking loose and expressing itself in gigantic orgasms and so releasing the pressure but not the the root cause. So the purging must go on until the exhausted world negativity and harassment lay naked and utterly exhausted and the purification by the sacred waters and the fires of transformation have begun their healing and restorative work.

SHACK 4185 THE PIT OF DESPAIR TO THE LIGHT

The underworld or the world of Darkness, Hell, The Pit or endless hole of suffering, hopelessness, depression, mental torment, pain and self reproach, despair, suicidal obsessions without actually doing it. No way out, escape nigh impossible, who knows of such a place or dimension, where does this never ending nightmare begin or end, worlds of purgatory and unimaginable suffering. The whiplash, the backlash, the branding fiery iron of the burned flesh and stench of evil, the rotting flesh of deeds against humanity, the mass graves, the unbelievable Uranium bombs, genocide, profit over nature, the rape of children and women and so much more. 

When I spoke to Sensei and Sifu they gave me a warning; 'if you start on the path of true meditation, not just a panacea, or a sticking plaster over the turmoil and unrest and 'meditate' on nice poems and prayers, affirmations, chanting, fantasies intentions, soothing music and only pleasant aromas and incense with massages of the mind and body this is not the path of the true seeker '. Many a mentor urged me to be alone in quietness, loneliness and watch the mind, rather the content of the mind such 'attention without intention' for me a martial arts person I was told better to be a spiritual warrior, to face head on the boredom and live with content's of the mind, I faced the fear and dread, the ecstasy and sublime and battled with hunger, poverty, rejection, hate jealousy and all the debris of the the patients, the crimes witnessed in forensic with the stench, severed limbs the aftermath of IRA bombings, the parents losing babies and children, children losing parents. Facing the inimitable impending demise of oneself and the Buddhas 'everything is impermanent, transitory' and yes we are unique and yet as a blot in nature.   

When I truly acknowledged and felt every horror, torture and abomination that I blamed on others were in me and more so in many incarnations before this one, it was a relief and just quiet sitting for peace and tranquillity some how put a nice perform over the rotting stench of the debris I had trapped or contained in my deep recesses of the mind, the unconscious dark lurking corridors of the labyrinth of collective karma.    

I cried as I felt the hurt I caused others and forgave those who abused me and I realised the so called wasted years and yet not wasted when I could not reach the peace and quiet which I had experienced and somehow had left me. In those dark and sorrowful times I realised the ego was ruling my life, it was the unconscious patterns and programmes clamouring for their nefarious agendas, to reign supreme and the the part of me that felt intuitively this was not on and the battle to either quell, subdue or eradicate was a useless tool or strategy and all those 'wise person's saying just surrender'.  

No I had to admit the utterly horrid matter was not the collective unconscious influence on me, or the nasty entities of the punctured fabric of the veils or auric sheaves by CERN or the monstrous genetical probing and prodding which some scientists were tampering with and realising that all our cells communicate with low frequency waves and we are one unified family and share these intrusions into a shared ethereal body. 

 

However if I acknowledge I share the horrors of the wars and poverty and shy not away from the pain and silent pleas I am in the pit of despair and its fearful projections and shy not away from the fearful images and noisy shenanigans, trickery and tom foolery and see them as long ingrained human traits and looked at without judgement and blame to others, they may appear as of nothing, transparent with no real a substance unless the ever alert ego the guardian of the vault of impacted compressed material sandwiched by the layers of repetitions and inculcated pressure.  

So where am I now, I seem to be in no identifiable place or dimension and not confused but recognise somehow there is no place that is a set  reality or dwelling and the search is useless for everything is impermanent and transient why try to keep the block of ice in the hand from melting?

The ego does the same thing over and over again with slight innovations expecting the same original result, mainly to be in control and right. It has an arsenal of defence and attack possibilities and even in extreme circumstances self destruct either by suicide or surrendering to to some addiction and endeavouring to blot out or curtail its failure.   

The spiritual warrior / Samurai faces the kundalini and the symptoms of this can be a devastating blow to the steadfast hard and fast rules of ego dominance.  The silence of meditation challenges the noise and chatter of the internal dialogue, the ego needs to hear, smell and feel it exists and surrender to its borders, logic and territory can feel like a battle and when approaching the limits of its circumference its ring fence it can feel the information not from verbal or visual context a sort of venturing over the edge and not in control to feel madness or insanity and on the path to the wayless way tug of war or an elastic band syndrome may present itself. The urge to let go, is significant in several ways; the ego sometimes gets tired of its monotonous repetitious exploits and its tireless endeavours to feed its ravenous appetite for the hungry ghost syndrome and yet it has a silent nagging sense as it were 'perhaps to surrender to the spirit, the emptiness of all things' it dips its toes and then has the urge to plunge headlong and then there is a sharp jolt, what if I just become a unkempt dotard shunned by society and locked away and drugged in a mental asylum. Then the taste of the spirit and its lure of  peace and lasting endurance of a sort? 

This is the challenge and perhaps the journey of the lone and lonely path of the quest, the quest to find nothing substantial and provable to logic or academic evidence and yet there is an inherent urge of a kind that perhaps most of humanity does not know of its existence and some that do scoff at its pursuit and say its a figment of an over productive fancy or imagination or an escape from reality. 

But for me there is this urge to purge the seemingly unreal and find that which has always been there and really is a search for that which is within and the journey is to come back to what was already there and in some ways a wasted journey yet still pursuing the wayless way and really knowing it is a dog chasing its own tail.

SHACK 4184 STRANGER IN A STRANGE LAND

In that large bedroom in my parents double bed in 1942 I seemed to effortlessly float up a large black wall. Then the light beckoned me on and yet I had no sense of a personal me, I was an awareness. The light was then slowly fading and a bust of a being appeared, he had an Eastern Arabic Indian head wear with coloured stipes or bands adorned on it. He was in black garb and had sharp features, he spoke to me mind to mind, telepathically like and said 'you must go back'  I protested and said 'I want to go to the Light' try as I may he was insistent and he said his name was Joseph, he then directed my awareness to a small ball, beneath me yet I did not have a body as such, I recoiled and yet I gave in and reluctantly went to this orb which was getting larger, it was green and blue with some white. I seemed to collide or impact with this orb and then woke up in a cold dark place and then transported to this bed in an annexe in a kitchen.

Ever since that November day in 1942 I have found extreme difficulty living in this Earth Planet, I feel a stranger in a strange place, I feel this beautiful body awkward and clumsy and after many years cannot find a food I like or nourish me, I feel I could just not eat or drink and fasting comes natural to me, my human body was never really strong or agile and yet did well at Judo but then preferred Tai Chi and even then only gentle Qi Gong. I could not take to the religion of my family which is Jewish and later on life I felt I was born free of any dogma or religion and was taught to be a Jew. I did not take to any other religions or cults but felt to be spiritual. I do simple meditation mainly with doing nothing at all and on relaxing I fall into being aware of awareness. I am sensitive to atmosphere's and pick up on peoples moods and motives. I cannot stand allopathic medicine and have a distrust of the medical and scientific communities. I am heterosexual yet my relationships with women and male friends is and has been disastrous and ending up being a loner and outsider and being called unusual or a unusual. Yet I conducted many a workshop and as healer and natural psychotherapist I was told very sought after and 'successful'. I seek peace and quiet places and although the planet is beautiful I do not venture into nature much and although not a vegetarian I prefer vegetables, fish and some chicken or meat such oxtail and lambs neck and bagels with smoke salmon with pickle and cream cheese is a go to at times, I have smoked cigars and a pipe because I love incense and some tobacco aromas.

I am appalled at the wars, homelessness, poverty, complete lack of respect for life, human and organ trafficking and crimes against women and children, racial discrimination and the immigration and asylum seekers, I feel the unrest in the collective unconscious.

 I feel that my home domain is an 'energy' vibrational frequency with a body of a transparent or even invisible it is 'bodiless' as it were it is an awareness and it interacts with a fluidity and effortless interactions with anything it wants and conjures up. Beautiful colours and aromas and yet no nose to appreciate their delicate perfumes which are accompanied by colours and sometimes soft music and yet no ears to hear the tones. This feels like a heavenly sort of existence and I  am aware of other 'awareness's' and can exchange and interact with harmonious 'social' activity and each one able to exchange their particular enjoyment and feeling of total acceptance and unconditional love is abundant and shared by all.  

Perhaps one may think I am a romantic dreamer, yes to some extent and that I am escaping this painful planet Earth, and perhaps this is where many might end up after leaving their human body, many have experienced this in their NDE experiences, I only vaguely sense this as I feel it is just at 'back of my head' so to speak and have sensed this all of my life so far.

Images 1 to 3 remind me of the articles /blogs written on the surge of the Ahrimanic influence(technocracy) and there have been many Hollywood films in very specific sci-fi films to these subjects, many after a world collapse and a dystopian future follow, with banned scientific research and moral aspects allowed following but with a battle for supremacy to which group or tribe wins brings the ragged brigands to heel.

So there is a battle of a sort; to take over the minds with high glossy sexy videos and streaming and appeal to the lust and greed to be successful and materialism is the answer some attempts to lessen this are made by parents to curtail media and mind seducing children and teenagers, which the groomers, paedophiles with sexual addictive pornography is promoting with the fuelling by addictive substances. The there is the reaction to urges governments and political leaders to 'do something about this' and often the government and leaders are corrupt and of no role models and yet profess the outrage that many feel and many person views them with distain and hypocrisy. Yet I feel there is a sort madness in many governmental and media presentations and for people who are said to be intelligent, well educated it goes all against the the grain and supposition. I feel there is a silent 'vibration or frequency 'which is 'possessing' a sort of a telepathic wave almost akin to a voodoo or black satanic black shamanic nature and possibly let in by places like CERN which is fracturing the Auric shields of our planet and allowing other vibrations into our world and consciousnesseses and seeping into the collective unconscious of humanity. Could this be the Ahrimanic caution  that Steiner and Blavatsky and many indigenous shamans warned us of particularly the beginning of the 21st.centurey and indeed where Atlantis went astray.

Sometime ago there was a lot of talk and chat about that politicians and certain dignitaries were in fact 'shape Shifters' and were serpent or reptilians and Google Images have many of them and David Ike did a lot that at that time, I had chats with David and I suggested it might be the basal ganglia or the older version of reptilian and mammalian neural networks coming through now more up to date suggests these former neural circuits have evolved and are what they are now. many years back as well I was in touch with a psychiatrist named Dr Arthur Guirdham and our meetings Post Friday 1st.March 2024 www.geofffreed.com or online.  I had two great friends who were husband and wife who were CERN scientists and they left because they were psychics and were picking up strange energies. They brought up they were having dreams, psychic attacks of reptilian and serpent like images and we discussed whether they thought CERN had opened another dimension and strange entities were let in. When the first well known Atom Bomb explosion, certain sensitive and psychic persons said ' a rent had occurred in the planet Aura and a certain scientist remarked a rent had occurred in space time. Then a theory went round suppose there was an alien influence from another dimension and they were reptilian or such like, what if they had 'hive minds' and they simply did not understand human consciousness and our way of life or our planets nature ah la sea, vegetation and so on.

I am aware just the last seven or eight months although I broke my right wrist that a strange deep 'type of urge' has been trying to disturb my only word it is equilibrium. Many people I know and have contact  me with say the same; I know I could be picking up the the fear and aggression and the desperate silent and loud pleas from the homeless, the victims of the terrible wars and so many in poverty and so on, no this is attacking the source of  myself, it is endeavouring to unseat my soul, to shatter our divinity and light. It is endeavouring not only to be evil as humans understand this but to replace the very God, Great Spirit of us BUT to Challenge the very creator and claim the universe of its foundation and God, Buddha, Jesus, Mohamed, Krishna as false prophets and I feel this entity frequency has got and possessed many of the world's leaders and especially 'The New World ' aspirants. They in fact want to be the NEW SPIRITUAL ACCORDING TO THEIR BELIEFS to be the be The New Tathagata and us to be their ilk. 

Sometime in the mid-eighties I presented a workshop in Berlin Germany (one of several over the years) in a centre where on that weekend there were two others going on, one by a well known Lama on death and dying, the other by a psychic psychiatrist and healer on self healing and mine on reincarnation and pre life agreements, we all had a finish time of Sunday 18.00 hrs at about 17.45 four persons turned up and begged help from the three of us presenters, the caretaker agreed to extend an hour if we could assist. There were two girls about 18 or 19 years and two sets of  parents, at that time there were a lot of Shamanic Courses being offered and many were declared with certificates after six weeks  as Shamans these two Girls enrolled and were sent into The Schwartzwald(black Forest-Germany-I have a deep respect for genuine Shamans and they were told to seek their 'power animal inner guide) when they came back they had seizures and nightmares and the Shaman fled to the USA and was charged and was found guilty of deception and end endangering lives, he had the six week certificate. The Lama Sogyal I do not remember the name of the Lady psychiatrist, the two girls were placed on therapy tables and Lama Sogyal placed a hand on each head, the lady stood in the middle and placed a hand on each midriff and I placed a hand on the ankles. The room had a venetian blind with horizontal veins and as we followed the suggestions of Sogyal, the girls were held down by their parents as they were shaking and spitting something like smoke came out of them and something ran up and down the veins on the blind making a definite rattling sound the window was shut. I went to the window and opened it an we all saw a kind of dark shadows leave, the girls were well and felt healed. Lama Sogyal and I with my German sponsors went for a meal afterwards and I suggested to Lama that his work should be named Midparents for the dying. I do my own kind of this work which I did in hospices and friends which I have explained elsewhere. Lama Sogyal felt the girls had picked up mischievous forest spirits. I have come across this in similar situations an events at Findhorn and several well known power points.  Arthur Guirdham discussed this sort of thing and these sort of things could come in through portals with uncontrolled supervision say at CERN. Scientists my have inadvertently caused this to happen or there is a rumour that a psychic or facilitator of the black Satanic Cults had been among those scientists. This may not be seen with our senses and many may feel this is an extraordinary lot of hogwash and rubbish however I would caution folk to be wary and just be alert. my be this energy is running around the planet and solar system waiting to pounce on unsuspecting victims, especially those fired up with the lust for power and wealth.( Meeting Sogyal Rinpoche in Berlin during the mid-1980s aligns with the period he actively travelled in Europe to teach and establish the Rigpa community, shortly before publishing The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying in 1992.)

Image 4 is a notion that pops up; in meditation when the mind is clear there seems to be just being aware of awareness, it has no beginning or end and just is peace,  and yet dynamic, it is stillness and yet movement and can be dark and light, the feeling of the mid point or no point, the reconciliation of duality and the opposites and polarities. No words can describe this adequately, to me this is the Tathagata and matrix.  This maybe the emptiness of no mind and the intuitive feeling can only be ones own experience and verification, one of the signs of this verification is an intuitive deep gut feeling of events and the feelings of correct facts that arise from events that challenge one in Life.

NB;  The empty mind, the void, is to me Sunyata(Sunyata, or emptiness, is a core philosophical and spiritual concept in Buddhism and other Indian traditions. It means that all things lack an independent, permanent core or separate self-existence. Nothing exists completely on its own; everything relies on changing causes and conditions)like the vacuum of zero quantum field it is a dynamic and ever interrelated relationships in fact a ever changing possibility and probability pure unadulterated potential. Mu, mushin, and muga mushin are core philosophical concepts rooted in Zen Buddhism and traditional Japanese martial arts. They describe advanced states of mental clarity, ego lessness, and spontaneous action.  

Mu (無): Literally means "nothingness," "no," or "emptiness". It represents the absence of ego, distracting thoughts, fear, or mental blockages. 
Mushin (無心): Translated as "no mind" (mu = nothingness, shin = mind/heart). It is a state where the mind is fully present and aware, but free from fixed thoughts, emotional attachment, or internal dialogue. Action flows naturally without the conscious mind interfering. 
Muga (無我): Means "no-self" or the negation of the ego and the separation between the actor and the action.

The Perspective: It describes a unified, transcendent state of total ego lessness where the individual ceases to think about themselves, their opponent, or the outcome.

Where do I begin? I used to listen so many years ago to Andy William's and other popular singers as a break from listening to classical music and native music and chanting and so I used the title 'where do I begin' from Andy Williams although the words and sentiments may not suit this article. (readers to other articles have remarked on my popular additions of songs to illustrate the blog). 

 

So what is this all about? Well perhaps you will bear with me for a while or two. Many people have mused and ruminated on Creation. Some say God, Divine Spirit, Great Source of Life and so on, others say The Big Bang, however if one says God, others say prove it and one can say can you disprove it? I am sure you may be well versed in these discussions. One may feel so sure inside and believed it so intensely and the other so vehemently to oppose this fervent belief and this can lead to to a brawl.

For the sake of this blog perhaps we can agree that the Universe has arrived and we can experience however you feel it was a spontaneous event and explosion or a Divine Intelligence without material form created the Universe and the Universe is a great thought and we humans are but a creation like a potter and us the clay pot or from the spontaneous explosion it somehow through the trillions and millions of bits and pieces of shattered fragments like in the sub atomic particles as they collide and form new particles in a sort of seemingly random events as seen in particle colliders and yet the mystery remans from the cacophony the kaleidoscope, the maelstrom of this ever moving motion of seemingly random particle stuff, the Universe was plucked out of this and formed by the build of layers of quantum 'debris' without an intelligent input? No intelligent design and as they say there is every possibility and probability at the quantum reservoir.  Ponder this and the 99.99 empty atom?

Then another mystery, the debate into earlier civilisations such Lemuria, Mu and Atlantis and perhaps even before them.  Atlantis was noted by Plato 360BCE, Lemuria  Philip Rutley Sclater and Mu by James Churchwood and Agustuc Le Plongeon and these all thought they were myths, not Plato so much and that these continents were either in the Indian or Pacific Oceans. Research by other people like Maurice Jessup, Daniel Litz, Amelia Edwards, Percy Fawcett and in particular Graham Hancock brought many credible ideas and evidence to the table so to speak.

Now Myth or not may I indulge into a set of ideas which may offend certain faiths or beliefs, please bear in mind the title of this blog when reading; from research I gathered that the early Atlanteans were a kind of nebulous astral energy beings and they evolved into a more organic form and were male and female in one body and were probably cyclopean or perhaps had a sort of pineal gland sort of arrangement seemingly eye like(pineal gland and its spiritual and mystical connection) and of course the Tuaoi crystal which is of a hexagonal design and said to harness Sun, Earth and psychic spiritual energies and connected the hundreds of Pyramids which were relay 'stations 'for this energy. They were a spiritual race however, there were differences between two groups the Ameillia (good Guys) and Belial(bad guys), there was free energy great healing health through this energy and then when their bodies further developed similar to our human form, the Belial people wanted to claim the Tuaoi 'technology' this technology was like we here today about UFO they could fly in space, through walls and so on. Eventually they started to mess about with genetics and they misused the power and it caused an gigantic Earthquake type with explosion and Atlantis sunk beneath waves. Today various cabals look for this technology and it is called The UFO file and Tesla and Einstein were on the perimeters with the Philadelphia Experiments and later on Montauk.

Vimanas are mythological flying palaces or chariots described in Sanskrit epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharat, according to genuine researchers if you care to study the ancient wars of that era in which there is evidence of radioactivity and a type of nuclear war still found today and have been carbon dated.  It is said that many of the Atlanteans escaped to far out planets and colonised them I am not sure which ones or where, however in my UFO story of 2005 there was a war on one of them and they destroyed their planet and some survivors came back to Earth, the Moon and Mars. This all starts with many myths, conspiracy theories and the like. Admiral Bird made several trips to Antarctica; I have a log of a flight he had over the Arctic I was informed it was the Antarctic, I blogged it and was told it was all false and fake, accept I spoke the nephew of the navigator on that event. In precis the log said the plane lost control and a force drew then down through a hole and there was vegetation and sunshine of a sort, two men approached they looked tanned and healthy and spoke with a sleight accent, they told him they must stop doing the Nuclear thing and look after the planet. the he went a second time and came back and mentioned to the Government something, this then made the so called 'Operation High Jump' of which such a cover up and I will find the best write up;, officially Operation Highjump - Wikipedia titled the U.S. Navy Antarctic Developments Program 1946–1947 (Task Force 68), was a massive U.S. Navy operation Operation High Jump | American expedition | Britannica led by Rear Admiral Richard H. Cruzen Operation Highjump: The Great Antarctic Expedition and overseen by Rear Admiral Richard E. Then Admiral Birds son was to do a lecture on it he never made it and was found dead in a warehouse, his clothes were changed, it said he committed suicide and had been depressed. This was denied by many persons. If you research Daniel Litz and the Dark Journalist it will fill in much more and his is backed up with so much documents and stuff, mine is not plagiarism because I was into this before 2005 as per THE UFO STORY mentioned above. now it was said that the Germans were experimenting with Antigravity UFO type stuff ad they had developed the famous Bell.Die Glocke (German for "The Bell") is a famous conspiracy theory about a secret bell-shaped device. Legend says Nazi Germany built it as a wonder weapon (Wunderwaffe) or anti-gravity machine during World War II. I can say I knew three Jewish scientists who worked on it, they mysteriously never went to the USA  with 'operation paperclip' their bodies were found in mass graves near or in Auschwitz. The myth, conspiracy goes further; sources said the Nazi scientist escaped (some say with Hitler) to the Falkland islands, Argentina and ANTARTICA. The plot thickens, some;Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church visited Antarctica, but Pope Francis did not. No reigning Pope has ever travelled to Antarctica. Patriarch Kirill's visit happened shortly after his historic meeting with Pope Francis in Cuba. I heard that the Pope went as well, there were other visits by dignitaries in 1999,2007,2011 and 2025. Now I go out on a limb so to speak, In my UFO story I talk about a planet that split in to and were called Melchedecans and I feel they were the Belial of Atlantis and I feel they split the planet in a war with the Amelial and that this is continuing today. I feel the Belial family are The Deep State, the elite, the cabal, Bilderberg's and so on.  I feel the Nazi outcrop we seeing the Neo Nazi;

• Unfortunately just recently some European countries have celebrated Nazi  war heroes who did despicable things.

  
  
• We are seeing the Atlantean demise being played out now. As in my UFO story the Elders are watching and might they interfere if our AI technology takes over ands tries to destroy humanity NO only if they try to destroy the Earth.
