This is a massive subject and there are so many variations, discussions, meanings and debates. So I throw in my sixteen pence as they say. It seems we live in a dual world and the symbol depicted above shows that in Yin there is a bit of Yang and vice versa, that is supposed to be balanced energies, at the same time these are not static and change  with circumstances, natural rhythms and cycles and in our bodies we may seek homeostasis.

In various philosophies, religions, cults and nefarious opinions these complimentary energies have turned into polarities and have become distorted and egregious. When I did a course such issues I came across the Yoni (female genitalia) and lingam(male genitalia) and the symbols and deep meaning in them, I am not even going to attempt any explanations merely such to say they are deeply meaningful and to some spiritual and to point out the some of the explanations, values and religious spiritual meanings and not just sex.   

For me and seeing the struggle women had to get the vote in the UK and won through the Suffragettes and in many countries now women are denied education, and are separated at their menstrual times and are classed as unclean. I had this discussion with a man who had come to the UK and lived in such a society and I said to him 'in your intimacy you entered your wife and that was OK and then she gave birth or not sometime after and yet the very act of menstruation is unclean how can this be if a child is or can be the outcome? 'His answer was ' that was the tradition and this is how it is and there no need to explain it or justify to you or anyone' I was not prepared to go further and left it at that.  Then the act of female circumcision, I know several of my 'female patients' in my clinical days had been circumcised and had come for help dealing with this trauma as it was forced on them, the UK has a law against this and there have been clashes with the law and those religious traditions of this nature. 

Now to another aspect; females who get stalked, abused in relationships, rapes, celebrity women who receive sheer vulgar media abuse and the list goes on. I really like women's football, rugby, cricket, tennis and other sports and I get a lot of stick from my mates as they say I am doing it to get a sexual kick out of it. However I like to watch men do the same sports does this make homosexual, bio sexual or just a sexual addict wanting to arouse my libido and then masturbate over or after the event? I  found out later that some of my former mates 'got off' on porn and cross dressing and visiting brothels or inviting prostitutes to their homes. This is acceptable to me and who am I to judge them. Each to their own although it is not my 'thing'

Having been a footballer years back and apprentice for a short while until injury cut short my career I felt the joy of running and it makes my heart full of joy when I see kids, especially young girls and women RUNNING FREELY not just at the Olympics or specific Athletic meetings. To me it the locked up female energy breaking free to be an equal not of course in strength because of how we are biologically born but of the RIGHT  and CHOICE to follow our passion, to feel fulfilled and express ourselves so we do not bottle up our feelings and let them fester and explode in unhealthy and damaging ways.

I hear in the block of flats where I live some of the men say 'women referees, women commentators, women's football no way, women's cricket rubbish and as for rugby they all must be lesbians' They will not listen or debate and I am banned and as I do not smoke or drink beer in the meetings in our residents lounge is out of bounds, I feel some men feel threatened by the 'weak stay at home, house wife, the meek little women is only good for children and cooking and some of the men demand to know where  their wife is and keep control, some go to the pub nearly everyday and the 'good little lady' goes shopping and tea out with her friends and that's it. As we look around the world today we see child and women trafficking and then there is the rebellion by women to be recognised and cherished. When I worked in forensics with the police the abuse against women police officers from their male counterparts was pathetic and the bosses looked away. There are many male police officers in the UK and I know elsewhere and the military where this is rife.

SHACK 4153 SPIRIT TOUCH

Being occupied and then sitting quietly a kind of flow arises and there is a smile as wide as can be or a quiet recognition that I have been touched by spirit. It is a recognition beyond human senses, it is a feeling of a deep connection of something ineffable.  It is beyond an energy or feeling, it feels that I am safe forever and nothing can harm me, this may seem arrogant but in that moment it feels so. It also feels that although my body may suffer and harm may come to it, this feeling is of spirit and not of body and although my body may dwindle and perish, the 'I' that feels this is not corporeal and should this feeling take me away from this body, this mortal flesh and fly with me as in spirit it would be most welcome.

Many people who have felt this divine touch have called it their 'beloved' and some find this difficult to resign to as they have been taught that God is masculine, The Father, The Lord and some who have the feminine view of The Mother, feel to call the feminine beloved has sexual connotations. Then again the Spirit in my view is not male nor female but is a midpoint as it were where they both arise from to form this world of duality and the Yin and Yang. This is pure Spirit which nature feels in it beauty and joy, the birds sing and the eagle soars to the skies in freedom and endless energy until its days are fulfilled and it dissolves in body and flies in spirit.

Because of the exquisite nature of the Spirit and its sheer exuberance, I feel it wants to express Itself in joy, colour, unconditional love, abundance, joy, dance, grace and safety, the beauty of nature is the expression of the divine from Spirit to form. And yet that form is not as solid and real and lasting, the empty atom, the seasons, birth and death to us humans in months and years and feels short or long, happy or misery, fear, anxiety, greed and war and yet beneath this flows the Spirit an endless subterranean flow it would seem until we humans quieten the momeent  of feverish endeavour and rest in the quiet in the Spirit Arms.

Come to me the Spirit beckons, come to me to rest in my quiet flow that regenerates, rejuvenates and invigorates sometimes to the body but for me of the uplifting and feeling refreshed and a sort of divine will to keep on keeping on, to live life joyously until my body and its beautiful structure feels it is time rest and dissolve quietly and  the spirit is no longer the source of the body's existence and is set free to roam in its essence as one and seamlessly flow as it has always done and always will.

SHACK 151 FANTASIES

 I feel that some fantasies arise from a disappointed ego. It is my view that the ego is composed of feelings before choice and understanding were available and hard wired into the nervous system and magnetic memory fields surrounding the body which are resonating from distant memory or incarnations as subtle energies minute and yet laying in wait for a signal to trigger the reaction. 

The ego then is exposed to teachings or influences persistently with repetition so as to implant and instil an idea, theory, attitude or practice, so the ego comprises of someone else's ideas and should at one time  one awakens to this realises that it is not real and is a sort of cloned mind indeed a conditioned mind. This can be a shock and then one can question 'if I am an acquired conditioned mind then this was my identity, however now without these layers of condoning, indeed these brain washed contents which became my reality and base, I recognise I have at this moment no reality and hence identity.. So who am I?

This awakening can lead to some trepidation, anxiety, turning to distractions, suicidal thoughts, depression and melancholy. There can be a remnant of ego, like the bits hard to clean and stick to the pan and it seems the more one tries to scrub the hard stuck speck it smears and distorts the surface leaving scratches and scars. The ego realises its foundation was never stable and real and it realises it has formed itself into a hard packed relentless entity and in some cases destroy the host even until death.  The disappointed ego vainly searches for an identity often through fantasy as to the life and achievements it never had, or could not do either through circumstances or parents who could not provide the means or stimulus to do so for their children. Poverty, homelessness, war and famine and even the wealthy through the lack of ambition or just living aimlessly through parties, running out of places to go and so on.

 The ego remnant runs wildly and seemingly endlessly in circles to seek a religion, a mantra, a drug, a fantasy it can hide in and live in and become mentally so addicted and obsessed that every day living becomes difficult, sleep is shredded and one may have to be taken to a a mental asylum because of not being able to cope with life and self harm.  

There is a possibility should one realise this as a self growth path leading to a spiritual path in order to find the identityless beingness of  no mind or so called enlightenment which then fantasies cease  naturally and the identity of no identity is there and it has no definition and yet feels safe and secure even though there is no explanation or description to cement a place or foundation. 

The tussle encountered by the so called 'spiritual warrior' is that outlined in Siddhartha Gautama Buddha under the Bodhi Tree he was tempted by Mara the demon of  illusion and desire tempting him from his quest. In the Aquarian Bible Jesus was tempted by a beautify maiden all of his desires were on fire and in another version he was in a temple where many maidens and treasures were displayed, he held fast to the ascension and Divinity.  Jesus was tempted by the devil who offered him the world upon  which Jesus stood and he said ' Get Behind me Satan' There are others who have detailed their similar experiences and many have arrived by kundalini fires of energy. It can be awakened through many ways, serious illness, accidents, severe loss, meeting with a wise person and just in some ways through the right time and in the right place and some by spontaneous synchronicity. 

However it seems fantasy may have the clues to this and some call this mind movies, the chattering mind, seeing reality as an illusion through the empty atom and so on, who knows when Mara is faced and then the battle to freedom. The battle is nearly always a mind based drama and I have seen various patients, friends have this awakening through hurtful relationships, landlords and neighbours who relentlessly torture with noise, insults, physical violence and so on, these either can drag one down and hopefully be dealt with in unfinished karma or business in the next incarnation. The ego fiercely defends itself as the ultimate authority and will not be denied or lessened. It therefore has to contend with other ego's and ultimately a planet or a humanity could be destroyed. 

By the way I have had the awakening but still tussle with the remnant and in some ways we can see this happening very clearly in the world condition today 2025, the wars, the old stories and promises by religion, politics, people weary of the same old, same old and yet not realising that this is the fantasy and history repeating itself. History maybe reincarnation  on a world scale.

SHACK 4142 PRESUMPTUOUS

 I was reminded that we are designed or built as as is the Creator. So I got to reason out the Creator obviously creates and as such throughout the ages it seems to be a plan under the auspices of a set formulae under the name of evolution. 

So humans have their own evolution under the premise of free will which some may say is at odds with natural evolution. Humans use logic, intellect, reason and lately in history algorithms, mathematics and now AI.

Lately I have been playing around with the ideas that the quantum field and its computations and containing every possibility and probability and that intentions from Source or human observations 'pull out' collapse the wave or whatever is the 'theory of the day' so to speak and that all the names like electrons, protons, quarks and so on are just symbols to 'fix' an idea around invisible energetic 'fields' or containment magnetic interrelationships and as a sort of counterpart or similarity to the synaptic interplay in the neuronal network in the human. If you like God's 'brain' at work, the Creators quantum computer and certainly super AI.    

So for me the Creator uses the Quantum stuff and is not the Creator but the hand tool so to speak, since the quantum vacuum or zero field and 'Uncle Tom Cubley' and all and the field is limitless and seamless and the configurations and computerisations are endless and eternal, the Creator is 'Behind the Field,  however, the terms, behind, above, below or any other descriptive adjective simply do not apply or describe the indescribable. 

Well if the quantum stuff is weird and spooky then the Creator is so far removed from human understanding that any attempt to 'nail it' is surely audacious and presumptive.

 Do you feel alive? Not just feeling emotions, thoughts that race through the mind, stuck thoughts, moods you cannot shake and troublesome echoes that you can't find the reason why and where they came to be and why they pop up spontaneously as if they have an independent life of their own?

Can you be aware without thought, not the suppression willing not thought, not trance, mindfulness, any mind technique, to be just simple plain aware. Being conscious of being aware, aware of awareness, an empty dynamic,

Can you be conscious without any emotion or thought and feel not think I AM ALIVE, just feeling alive, not a smidgeon, not a mite, not an infinitesimal dot of anything, a truly empty mind, in fact there is no mind at all and yet you can be self aware, you are awareness plain and simple you are aware of self, you are self aware. Your true nature is self awareness, you are conscious because you are aware of being conscious which is awareness of consciousness which is Life.

In fact it is the content of the mind, the accumulation of data, facts, experiences, held onto as a base or reference of which this entity, the ego assumes its identity and reality and preserves it at all costs although it has no solid base, it's usual content is someone else's ideas and perhaps a modification or reconfiguring of them at least and these maybe from the ancient past and adjusted to suit a new era epoch yet on close examination without bias are only a makeover and a patched glossy seemingly original set of ideas and usually found to be not wholly satisfactory. Awareness is not mind. 

Being aware of Self, Self Awareness without thought, not even a hint or a subtle ego trick at the back of mind, 'I will be empty', it's not so much a thought but a shadowy echo of a  force, a seduction on a very subtle extremely sinuous exotic lithe like the slithering snake and when the opportunity arises strikes and leaps in to cover and take over the awareness, it cannot obliterate the awareness it merely distracts the focus and produces emotions of pleasure or pain to distract and cause the emotions as a distraction which come from the content of mind. When watching the mind without judgement and the mind is caused by the content of the mind and this content of mind is not consciousness or awareness, it is the consciousness and awareness which are the the witness to the content and not the content. So by attention without intention you become to see not by judgement that this content is not real, it does not have any substance and in fact you become to realise I am not the content of my mind I am that which observes it, if you  then try to analyse who is this observer you become back to the subtle thought and in mind again.

We are the conscious expression of the Universe being conscious of Itself. The Universe is Self Aware and as such should we be an expression or creation of the Universe it maybe we are Self Aware as well.

SHACK 4144 FEUDS AND REINCARNATION

Over the years I have researched many books, cases and reports of reincarnation and in many cases I have seen certain qualities or aspects that seemed to arise. Some beings came back to clear up unfinished business as it were, some were drawn back through attraction, some to clear karma and not to come back at all, some try to come back and cannot and remain as hungry ghosts roaming the etheric fields and going back to houses and places to try and reconnect and find a host.

I used to present a workshop on 'Reincarnation and Pre Life Agreements' I did this in many countries, Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Canada and of course the UK and in private sessions mainly to facilitate childless couples who wanted a child and release hauntings and possessions. In these I used certain imageries made up as the situation needed and never 'telling' the individual what to see or feel. From countless sessions and group work with research as above I found those main points.

I found many reincarnated beings came to families and countries that had unresolved feuds as we see today and hopefully they can be worked out not by 'ceasefires and political agreements' usually for political gain and mineral rites or strategic military gains and advantages. These like reincarnation were cyclic and carried on and on some very ancient and some more recently by the deep state cabal starting the long held wish for utter supremacy over the population and the planet. In many instances feuds and reincarnation were similar, all the wheel of karma and kept in place by fear and brainwashing (inculcation)

and restricted choice.

I did some closure work with a few persons involved in the IRA conflicts in the UK and Ireland both North and South. Obviously there were long held grievances that perpetuated these terrible painful and deep hurt and this repetitive cycle and continuance of atrocities on both sides including the British Army held deep and long lasting impressions on the young and political structures. These are again long held beliefs, religious differences and family held attitudes backed by political and religious figures. This can be said anywhere in the world where there is this kind of situation.

One of the chains that keep closure held shut is the lack of forgiveness. Sometimes people, families, countries and friends would seem to hold tight to their hate, prejudice and so and not even contemplate forgiveness on any level, and some would say I forgive you and still hold a doubt and resentment which would flare up over some 'signal, sign, look or being led on by someone else with a vestige interest and as third party muck stirrer. Through skilful counselling one can when the parties are brought together examine the 'chains that bind and tether the situations' and blocked emotions are set free, it is when the recipients of these realise in depth these bonds and chains and their loss of freedom due to them that the chains are broken and some of the emotions are seen as just that a false 'high' due to hate and pain,

Maybe we have reincarnating thoughts that pop up and annoy us, the chattering incessant mind driving us and forcing us to come out of security zone, maybe we hate ourselves and a feud carries on in us and almost destroys us and perhaps we are the hamster wheel as above image, the wheel of Dharma and a victim to fate and destiny and maybe we can breath and sit back and watch this kaleidoscope this cacophony as if it were a movie and realise the substance of this is just fleeting scudding clouds that really it is a very clever and artful dodger who really is only a thought.

SHACK 4143 THE LIGHT

There are many references and accounted experiences and of course quotes 'he has seen the light' not necessarily a spiritual experience. The first I heard was in the bible of Paul seeing the light on the road to Damascus. I have illuminated experiences in meditation, ecstasy for lengthy periods on the rise of Kundalini or meditative and qi gong seeming to stimulate these events and even on the road to Findhorn and not knowing a particular road I saw an over lighting cloud energy and knew that was where to go.    

However, working in the construction of the print room at Findhorn Foundation formerly in North East Scotland until 2023) I was about to install a wall bracket when a light not an electrical one  there came a bolt out of the blue so to speak and knocked me down. The others rushed to me and one said ' yes this has happened to some others and is the spiritual light that comes from the over lighting Beings of Findhorn' I shared this with the late Eileen Caddy and she said this was a sign that can come to the Findhorn people and was a sort of initiation to the New Aquarian energies now coming to Earth. This also came as a confirmation of my 1967 downloads at Samye Ling and is the base of my works)

On Sunday 22nd June 2025 I started to weep and felt the past drifting away and I had read about the Turin shroud and the Radiation(did article on this and Dr John Campbell video about this and shadow effect on walls after atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki) and started to think of the Jesus and had seen videos of Elon Musk with Mel Gibson, Ted Cruz and Pam Bondi, that was a week or so ago regarding Jesus, I was fascinated about the scientific facts Elon he found out and it corroborated much of the research I had done and I have never articled this for the effect it might have on the Christian community and did not want to have abuse and fall outs with many friends who knew or sensed my views, this also touched base with my finding re ET /UFO stuff and the old testament plus the immaculate birth, three wise men and the radio active ark of the covenant and more.

As I was siting in my living room and the weeping had ceased a shaft of light burst out of nowhere and pinpointed my third eye. It felt to have done something to my frontal lobes and could feel it as if it was clearing a space in that area and behind it. I could and still can feel light and sense this light and felt an immediate affinity with Jesus not as a person but as the spirit within the human frame WHICH WE all have waiting there to be discovered and I felt a similar feeling with Buddha, Krishna and other well known Light Beings.

This light has nothing to do with photonic light of the light above in the image in which MIT  have claimed to discover a new form of light and it is nothing to do with light from other sources or what we experience of light. I don't know where it comes from or is. I can only conjecture it is of spirit which I feel is light, the light of Life, the Source of Life which is Light.

I am going out on a limb here and being audacious and egoistic; I feel that Light is the Creator and Source, and light beings like me hardly understand, however I feel all forms arise and are manifested by Light so light can be a shape shifter supreme and further more create forms that seem fleshly and solid and are really light beings in disguise or wear uniforms called bodies. These Beings and all of us are light and living in temporary forms until we shed our own belief systems and become one with light. When we are one with the light we are able to do what the great Avatars did because we are no longer identified with local thought we have cleared that out and become channels for Light and realise how transparent we are. To me I do not need the above to verify this for me as the light beam facilitates this as not as a belief but seemingly of a valid experience.
