Target Teal

Shadows of the mind. On close examination just by observing and leaving analytics aside, I realise that these shadows that flit across the mind are like subliminal TV or other media advertising and other marketing devices that they leave a smear like when one wipes or washes something and there is a very fine smear or substance left.

Sometimes these shadows creep in seemingly inadvertently and unintentionally almost lying in wait and I am doing my activities and there maybe a trigger to release this shadow in waiting at the side of the wings on the stage awaiting its signal, its cue to appear and bring the emotion and inflame and enhance and I become victim to this shadow / emotional / scenario to centre stage.

Then at times I feel this shadow endeavouring to slowly cross the clear bright mind like a cloud slowly creeping across the sunny blue sky. This shadow is an experience of an event no matter be it benign or horrific and stored in the memory and is a series of memories stored and stitched together and become a belief and a part or segment of the ego ethos.

Like the empty atom that forms our foundation with no substantial evidence of solidarity only appearing so and hence the deception and the mind is tricked into its apparent reality, a virtual light holographic entertainment and then on realising the deception of the apparent reality of this shadow the 'sting' is taken out of the emotional content and even if the content is pleasing and pleasurable it is not long lasting or in essence real as such, it is only real to the human senses to which it is attuned to. 

This is the human Earthly deception; that, that which appears so real and tangible is only so to the attuned human vibrational spectrum, the vibratory frequencies of the human mind and body 'feel' these vibrations / waves of tuned frequencies as real and tangible that is their function and nature. On close examination that is all they are 'vibes' attuned in certain band spectrums to give the human senses the 'feelings' that these vibrations are solid, tangible and solid.

Once this is deeply felt beyond logic and intellect the resounding implications are enormous and totally crushing and destructive to the ego. To the ego this says; you are a shadow, illusionary existence constructed of vibrations, frequencies, tuned wavelengths and as such you only exist as long as the host believes you are real and yourself. This can cause trauma and desperation to the mind that begins to awaken to its true nature. I do not really exist and I only exist as series of old ideas and experiences that have been harvested in the past and I then project them as stored slides and they produce an equally illusionary future which are replays and the most updated and a mere fabrication and make over. A different mask covering the same old face.

Therefore realising the above profoundly there is no fear and threat from ominous shadows across the screen of mind.
