Years Back I became involved in many mysteries outside of the workshop presentations, electrician / forensic transfers of employment and this started with my visits to Samye Ling in 1967 and Findhorn in 1971 and the last visit in 1975. I have selected one of the journeys that never came off; this was to go to a The Nazca lines and be met there by a Shaman and look for these high intensity / intelligence Crystals. I did have the gift of psychometry and was told I could read the information contained in these crystals, something blocked me from going and a lady went instead and she disappeared. Then I heard that the Dalai Lama or a high Lama went secretly into Tibet to get the 'Golden Crystal of The New Age' from the Cave of the Dead. I will come to that later on.

The purpose of tummo is to gain control over body processes during the completion stage of 'highest yoga tantra' (Anuttarayoga Tantra) or Anuyoga. A 1982 study[12] of the physiological effects of Tummo has been made by Benson and colleagues, who studied Indo-Tibetan Yogis in the Himalayas and in India in the 1980s. Conducted in Upper Dharamsala in India, it found that the subjects, three monks, exhibited the capacity to increase the temperature of their fingers and toes by as much as 8.3 °C. In a 2002 experiment reported by the Harvard Gazette,[13] conducted in Normandy, France, two monks from the Buddhist tradition wore sensors that recorded changes in heat production and metabolism. A 2013 study[14] by Kozhevnikov and colleagues showed increases in core body temperature in both expert meditators from eastern Tibet and Western non-meditators. I witnessed these in an establishment near Carlisle in the UK and I cannot reveal the place deep underground in an official site. Originally I heard of these through a very old newspaper clipping that the late Daphne Kraske gave me when she visited me on her way to Findhorn from the USA. It said the US Military exploded a mountain in order to build a base there and found these huge coffins as above. Apparently they could not open them so they were sent to various venues to open them, all types of explosives, lasers and so on were tried. Then they went to Carlisle where I witnessed ten psychics endeavouring to communicate with the, I was told they sort of breathe every three months!!? |

On reaching the entrance there is a ekajati (fierce Goddess Guarding the entrance)Apparently it is a hologram, however it takes courage to walk on and travel about two miles into the cave tunnels which are deep and then one comes to three coffins, they are two male one 13 feet high, one female 11 feet and a small male 9 feet high (they are the Els who I refer to in the UFO STORY May 2005 in www.geoffreed.com(online)The Lama supposedly Akong Riponche then sat and telepathically communicated with the beings inside. Then he returns and relays this information to the Dalai Lama.

| A mystery about her now I met Elizabeth through the connections at St.James Church in Piccadilly and at that time I was a voluntary therapist in the church and the most progressive vicar who got into a lot of trouble Reverend Donald Reeves he turned some of the crypt into therapy rooms again go to blog. I was doing Forensics and presenting workshops all over Europe, Canada and of course the UK. I had many arguments and discussions with Donald in my 13 years at St.James. He was it is said the first gay vicar to come out. The Bishop of London had real problems with this in those early days. Coming back to Elizabeth she had heard of my Samye Ling visits and the El's and we met. THE history I have of her is vastly different to what the internet states and her demise. She was fascinated with my '1967' information and prophesies. |
When this elegant lady arrived in Bolivia she said she felt out of place and not used to such a wild place. She hired some guides and went onto her intuition. When they travelled into a deep valley and semi forest where they came across small pyramid, when she told them reason for her visit they became disturbed, they took her so far and would not go further. So they more or less abandoned her, to her relief a new band of people came out of the forest and told her that the legend of the 'big people' was true and that lived deep in the mountain and it would not be wise to go any further, so she heeded their advice because she could not go on alone and she did not have the directions. They called the original guides to take her back. The legend was that in those caves was a mysterious city which housed the 'big people' who were said to be the new human race in making.
Just before they went they gave her a black stone, it had speckles on it and they said this was a 'time stone' and when it started ticking and stopped, then it would be start of the New Way.
When Elizabeth got back to London she met up by chance(if there is such a thing) with a geologist who took the stone and analysed it and said this did not appear to be from Earth, he did not think it was a meteorite(the Bolivian Forest Guides said the stone was holy and came from the big people). When I touched the Stone it was cold and yet not cold because it tingled and almost was too powerful to hold.

I lost touch with Elizabeth and she phoned me one night around about 1978 and said she was going to Rennes as there was rumours that the large El's were buried there and this was a very special place. She said you must come over, I declined, the next I heard she phoned sometime later and said she had cancer and was coming back to the UK, I heard she died in poverty and that all her money had gone on Rennes and was duped by people. As I was led to believe Elizabeth began to get senile and she was buried at Rennes. I do not know why that written below was inserted.

As far as I know there is a confusion and I still have her old Rennes phone number in my address book that goes back to the 70's I know there is another Elizabeth Douglas Van Buren but she is not the same and I do not know her, perhaps historians have it all mixed somehow.
There are many other stories around these El's and I could on and on and how they turn up a lot in my life. Some researchers have written to me and suggested they maybe the tall whites in UFO information, I feel not so.

I can tell you personally that we've been working on them. And we have ones that can diagnose and cure cancer. One of the purposes I had for founding my technology corporation in 1998 was to bring forth these technologies that can clean the air and can help get rid of the toxins, and help reduce the need for so much fossil fuel.
