Get used to feeling good no matter what the body
says.
Our bodies respond to our well being and that is a
lot to do with our minds.
Our bodies are tuned to our programmes which are
beliefs and become habits and so having different programmes of a more positive
and cheerful outlook or even going to meditation and the thoughtless joy and
contentment so saving hard programming and discipline.
To merely suppress ones negativity and darkness
and just put on a happy smile may start the process, to use affirmations and
mantras, yantra, chanting and other means merely can form a habit and it may
become apparent later on that this is another habit merely replacing
negativity, however a step in the right direction whereas with meditation and ‘no mind joy peace mind’ there is no
habit because it is the natural self and the body will just love that because
the body is free from tension and angst.
It is mind giving matter relief from stress, and
stress is the ego forcing the body to do its agenda.
