POST 622 OWNING OR NOT

Many times I have contemplated, ruminated and deeply thought about owning. In psychotherapy owning, blaming and projecting are issues to be dealt with. The one I would like to deal with now is ‘owning’ and in a particular way.

I firmly believe neither by programming or brain washing nor by fear that there is a Supreme Intelligence, a Divine Source in which everything moves, lives and has its being. This Source has many names, Great Luminous Being, God Almighty, Father –Mother God, Great White Spirit, The All and All, Great Source of Life and so on.

To my present understanding and a long held deep inner truth I know my dearest body is not mine to own, it is not my property, I cannot hire it or lease it, mortgage it, purchase it, I certainly can look after it and also destroy it, I can love it, hate it, blame it and ignore it and just take it for granted.  None of these actually sum up my deepest feelings about it.

Dearest God Almighty my body belongs to you, you own everything in the known creation and beyond, my body is a gift from your love, compassion and Divine Creation of which it is a part and what is outstanding and magnificent is that you have given this brain, mind, this consciousness indwelling the body free will, I am not a robot to your will only as far as the laws of treating this body through nature are recommended for its well being and the only way I could pay you for its creation and upkeep is gratitude not from fear of perishing and getting ill with suffering and torment but by just the joy of life and living and knowing and appreciating this and finding a deep love for you oh great one, just as a child loves its parents, not because they feed and care for it but because of their affection and kindness.  

I am ashamed that I have blamed you for my bad luck or the lack of it and realise now it is the upbringing and my dearest parents emotions, beliefs and the paranoia of the Jewish Religion, the chaos of world events and the horror of Forensics, the pain of the many patients / clients in counselling and therapy and my own self assumed philosophy, the years of working with the police and security forces, the association with large institutions and political intrigue, the media and popular idioms that have turned me away from deep surrender to you, not by your punishment of not conforming to natural law and your guidance but by my own ignorance that your way is best and you have only the best intentions for me and your creation.

Forgive me Father-Mother God, Great Cosmic Parent, I do know what I do, yet there is something in me that rebels at complete voluntary surrender to your will, not a forceful will but a gentle reminder by a deep whispering, the ‘silent voice’ more like a prompt from a deep mysterious well within the depths of my being. How often when in torment I have through fear turned and entered this well this deep and yet only deep because of my habitual habits and patterns that cloud and obscure the entry to this deep well of being which is fact not deep it is only obscured by the clouds of ignorance which have been so indelibly ingrained in my mind which is but a bunch of hard impacted thoughts which I have erroneously taken as reality.

Father – Mother God how many times have I come to this place and said the above so many times, when will these clouds of ignorance be lifted, I seem powerless in my own will and I somehow think that you will surrender my will for me. I know deep down you will not punish me for my transgressions and yet all I can seem to do is by meditation and awareness to gradually or hopefully suddenly see in absolute depth that ‘never-the-less I will to your will’ and then I can love you wholeheartedly as there is no more my will as a separate entity by we are one.  We are bound in love and there is only that.

SHACK 621 KEEP ON KEEPING ON

I feel an inherent silent urge with no words, meanings or explanations just to grow express and live. It feels like Life itself is pushing, expanding as if it wants to express itself and push out any agenda that is not commensurate and in harmony with its purpose and plan.

It is a silent pressure and will just persist in a potential way and just use its energy passively like a wall holding back a lake or dam, its merely there and just by its presence makes itself felt.

I feel this and know that it could cause the ‘balloon’ of my body to explode or death to ensue it is because it needs to express itself in some manner that is not as yet arising in my awareness.

The death may not be of the flesh vessel I now use as my raiment but another ‘way’ of life and its expression in this earthly mode. This is often proceeded with a precursor of upheaval, overwhelm, giddiness (a sort of spiralling to another rung of the ladder or higher rate of vibratory status a sort of higher consciousness to speak).

This is the push of evolution and if thwarted waits its time and seems to remain dormant but it is merely biding its time for the right moment when the fruit is ripe in its timing to drop into fruition and then to claim its birthright as another step in evolution.

And so life wants to keep keeping on if necessary leaving old husks, shells, forms and bodies in order to feel unfettered and free in order to express itself without restraint. The feeling is of joy, laughter, peace, health and vitality and things happen spontaneously with very little effort. There is an urge to share this with all creation and not be a leader or be in an organisation. This sharing is reciprocal and feels like love in a free unconditional way. True Life is Love and love in an unconditional way of consciousness in action.

Love Life yearns to share unconditionally and to see happiness for no reason or gain just for its own sake so in this way love grows and spreads through its very nature of freely giving of itself without rewards or returns.

Love is Itself for no rhyme or reason.

Often when the body, husk or seed doesn't or is unable to respond to the urge to spring forth into its new expression, there is a blockage, an illness and it  can result in ageing,pain and death. In the human condition it maybe the early or later ego agendas that are at odds with the natural order of Life that cause, delay, decay or a life altering experience, a wake up call which  doesn't shatter the body but shatters the ego agendas and creates a space for the expansion for the new expression.(SHACK)

I have had this feeling many times whilst doing Qi Gong however now it has prompted me and brought it to the fore now I just feel that with the breathing and the hand movements that they are causing a perturbation amongst the atoms or a feeling and sensing the spiralling energetic chi streams and sparkling dots of energies and which appear to be willy- nilly and haphazard and yet I sense they are directed by an intelligence and by doing these movements over the meridians and chakra with acupressure points it is enhancing and stimulating the flow of chi and assisting in removing blockages.

This assists any healing that maybe required and takes time to work its way through long standing mental mind blocks that cause much of the turmoil and blockages and the emotional upheaval caused by long standing trauma and erroneous brain washing.

I feel these energies are fine and subtle and arise from the air one breathes and the finer elements held within the breath, also the cosmic rays, the sun, planetary, star mix, the Full and New Moon phases and the phases of the Moon with solstices and so on, the direction one faces as the seasons change and the weather and atmosphere of the place of practice, all these make a cocktail of energies that are breathed in and are absorbed by the pores of the skin and the chi from the breath into the meridians and then to the organs and so on.

I can sense at times a vast orchestra of movement going through the body and brain also enhancing the bone marrow, auras and subtle bodies.

All these energies cause interference patterns and are therefore causing updates, reconfigurations and permutations orchestrated by the hand of the vast networks of intelligence’s throughout the Cosmos and under the banner of the Supreme Intelligence which delegates great beings of intelligence to transform the vibrations and such like to the forms that can take such frequencies and not blow their fuses so to speak.

This vast network of integrated mutual interfacing, this co operative network runs smoothly and yet by free will gifts graciously given by the Supreme Intelligence the self agendas can run counter wise and cause ripples of disharmony and ripples of eddy currents and harmonic discord.  This is where meditation and stillness come in a sitting still mode which causes the ripples to subside and reveal the discordant emotions perhaps of fear, anxiety and all else of a disturbance to the natural Cosmic lore and natures balm(this is maybe why a walk in beautiful quiet nature soothes the soul)

This whole process is the loom of energies, weaving its warp and weft in the chi of the dancing energies of the arising particles and photons from the field of all energy, the Leggo and Mecanno sets of the Universe.    

Such is the majesty of such movements whether it be Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong or some ancient movement with the breath and this can include dance, traditional movements and such like.

These gifts sent to heal, harmonise and bless the forms and life and evolve all its forms onwards and upwards to eventually lose its form and become the energy of its source.

Could it be that by the observer effect the seeming chaos as above at top of article which is of course art and this above which is from a bubble chamber from physics experiment that from the seemingly chaos the observer intelligence collates these seeming random building block by the intelligence of consciousness to organise chaos into order.  Perhaps that is what happens when one practices the Qi Gong and such like and takes the random chi and organises it to a specific use in the body and all who need its energy and so the randomness is configured to a use guided and supplemented by the divine intelligence, the master plan at work. SHACK 619 THE SHINNING ONES

Those that fly through our skies or rather appear to glide or move effortlessly in their silver and gold discs are our higher and evolved shinning angels or beings and are the role models of our future selves.

They are high initiates of spirit or vibrating energy frequencies that we humans can aspire to be. They are have a higher capacity which means more refined, honed and pure so that they can attune to other energy forms being more telepathic and can change shape and form to suite the place, time and impact on and with their appearance.

When an initiate (an initiate of varying levels or degrees reaches a stage in their development this means they have set themselves more freely from heavy dense elements such as coarse, vulgar and selfish egoistic thoughts, habits and patterns) and as such are less slower in vibratory rate and therefore have the appearance of being less solid of form  than those in form having a slower rate of frequency and appear more solid.

The higher or faster rates of vibration like the fast plucking of stringed instruments vibrate so fast that they may appear to appear and disappear. Being of a a faster vibration which means they  are more in touch with reality or clear consciousness they can control thought and shape and manipulate matter. They can alter mind sets so effect a mind pattern and cause a so called ‘miracle or healing, a synchronistic event’ or the reverse. Most initiates of a high vibratory rate prefer to let the slower rated beings to try and work out their own destiny because all beings that are self aware have been given the gift of free will. So a certain amount suffering may awaken that being to question its life style and habitual routines and start the quest to find out whence they acquired these habits and beliefs and see what happens when they are without stifling beliefs and dogmas and selfish attitudes of power and dominance without being weak or suppressed or arrogant or boorish.

Being still and quiet and letting the mind subside into peace and the body be in repose and yet emptily alert can then set the whole system to ‘factory setting, the original script and with just  a few basic routines to sustain the form in harmony, food, sustenance and safety.

SHACK 618 LET THERE BE LIGHT

I have this overpowering feeling that light, consciousness, unconditional love, life and being are the fundamental reality.

Ever since I experienced the light show that the trees in my garden graciously allowed me to experience and open up their physical form to share their astral and light form and then reading about native races and their seers, masters and adepts along with the bible events of Jesus resurrection along with other Saints appearing in other spiritual ways like that for instance of  Yogananda   https://www.crystalclarity.com/yogananda/chapter-32/ one can read many,many chapters on these mysteries.

The Ascension process seems to be a scientific spirituality of seemingly solid form held together by rigid dogma and beliefs passed down by heredity, culture and ‘religio / socio / political’ manipulations based on a bastardised pseudo hearsay’s from a master, prophet, guru, saint, or political authority. It is written and sacred so must it be. The words of the masters and prophets were probably authentic.

By gradually dismantling these bound and concrete beliefs, not by counter beliefs, but by examining them through reflective rumination, contemplation and meditative non judgemental opinions or the lack of opinions one reaches a state or being -ness a sort of empty yet light, joy, a peace, a kind of cessation of thought. This is not a suspended dull emptiness, it is bright and dynamic and it is light in essence and is indeed consciousness devoid of the need of thinking. It is being in its prime state, it is moving and yet still, it is potential and holds the possibilities, probabilities of all permutations and combinations and configurations. It has no beginning or end and really defies all description only to experience it as to what it is, even if it is not an it. 

The trees as above have not the rigid form of beliefs and grow as per nature and so in their light essence which is their consciousness they can communicate through their light essence which all creation shares. The trees and I were joined in light which is the common denominator, the link that joins all communication it is the Universal translator and is consciousness itself.  On my part I breathed deeply and relaxed and allowed my myself to gradually trust the breath and sink below the thought level and to reach out in the stillness and peace and went peaceful and in trust that my request to join the trees in their light which co joined with my light and the Universal translator was able to ‘telepathically’ allow whatever needed to be in words  and experiences to me and to the trees what it meant to them. 

 The mutual meeting was the joining of vibrations of Light and a mutual respect which was a feeling of love, gratefulness, respect, compassion and going beyond our beliefs of what is possible. That was a form of Ascension.

So for me I witnessed not a spontaneous joining which I have had a few times and a few with my late dearest mother which she and I communicated by mutual requests and with some light beings I had connections with but this time with so called non moving beings rooted to Earth, I have had a few experiences with animals of a tele communication.  

So the journey of Ascension is a mind of a human and indeed all forms to ascend from the cask, the mould, the encasement, the perimeter, the dogma, the scaffold, and the chains of restraint as held by the commitment to whatever held the form, even it is a light form, a planet, a star, a galaxy in it current appearance and form and to dissolve further into a light form and energy and so become the essence of itself which is light.

The ascension ladder is to become light not light as refracted sunlight, light beams of a source of technology but the light of light which is consciousness, which is intelligence and is wonderful.

So I become quiet and seek my own essence beyond thought and form and watch how ingrained habit takes me away into my habitual programming and not just this lifetime but that of the incarnations and the trillions and millions with billions of thought forms that have racked and layered the Cosmos and the Earth.

I feel The Cosmos, The universe comes to appoint in its cyclic nature where it needs an upgrade and reconfiguration and so many of it forms are wiped clean and those that are sentient enough, those that are sensitive enough feel intuitively that change is nigh will seek like the snake and crab move out of their present skin and carapace and the butterfly out the chrysalis and intuitively seek the New Wave of frequencies and vibrations that are being revved up and are dissolving some and renewing others and go along with the process. It is a birthing process and as such can be challenging and there is not much obvious information, handbooks, manuals or guidance, this is where being still and meditating (not thinking, affirmations, visualisations, hypnosis, trance, mantras, mandala’s, yantra’s, prayers, supplications, chanting and so on will not assist) it is a spiritual warriors path and the courage is knowing deep within this will happen and is the right way  for oneself and being sure this is not a desperate cunning ruse of the ego to justify and or escape from a crumbling world disaster or some sort of lack of success, humiliation, lack of confidence or self esteem and or some deep psychological trauma, karma or whatever then letting go into the pathless path, the untangling of thoughts and patterns will eventually take one to a another step in the ascension and evolutionary plan for the Universe and indeed multi-dimensions.

This loosening of the thoughts releases the close bound electrons and atoms, like heat applied to ice turns to water and more heat to steam  and so on. So the human form will go to being less dense and the next form I have named Homo Energetica / Spiritualana.

Many on the Ascension process experience the kundulini / chi heat and the chill of the icy wind of change which can be the fear of letting go.

For sure change is about ever since the Creation commenced, it’s the only thing we know for sure.

Many a wise academic and sage have said that the secret about the Universe is that it is all waves and frequencies. If this is so then all matter is a tuned set of frequencies and wave sequences which have the appearance of being solid.

When one takes the example of the loom there is the longitudinal yarn named the warp and the latitudinal yarn named weft(filling) there are other kind of weaves like knitting, crochety, felting and plaiting, there can be other types of loom like apparatus such as tablet and back strap. The single lines and the process of interlacing them produce a a solid product and yet if closely examined comes down to many interfaces and interlaces.

So with the wavelengths of atomic emanations mysteriously appearing from the nowhere to be seen by human eye the warp and weft are woven by trillions of particles / waves and seen to magically weave their way to become seemingly solid until like the yarn it is picked apart and eventually found to be absolutely nothing / nada. Actually nada is incorrect, there is a movement and constant activity, an energy of a sorts, apparently random and spontaneous, yet full of potential meaning, there is every possibility and probability. This then begs a question.

It would appear that the Universe, perhaps more locally the solar system and Galaxy are tuned to seemingly certain repetitive vibrations and frequencies that make the familiar Earth, Moon, Sun, Planets and Earth nature and life forms. Who selected the weave, the warp and weft to these specifications?  Here one goes into the Big Bang and God, dead matter organising itself over millions of years and or Consciousness and Intelligent Planning.

Should we arrive at us, me, you agreeing on the vibes as above suggestions then we are but waves and frequencies tuned and honed by either an accident of Big Bang or an Intelligent Creator or leave it as ' a mystery and its all theory and speculation and no one really knows and my business and life is more important, my kids, the wife and especially the car and the pub are more fetching' or just it is too big to fathom out and however I live and really got here I'll leave it up that mystery to take care of me and that''s it and so on.

However taking the vibe bit and it may have been planned and intelligently constructed as in a thought form Universe then this Intelligence had plans and the thought processes set up vibrations to a set, set of algorithms so to speak and created the units to fit as in jig saw puzzles and hey presto the rabbit comes forth out of the magicians hat. 
      
Taking this example as above supposing a human mind is programmed in a certain way, it has no choice on arrival at birth and is indoctrinated by its parents, passed down from generation to generation it is fixed in its vibratory envelope and is programmed as much as TV programmed, tuned frequencies and wavelengths.  

Should an individual manage to become aware of the fact that the whole human race is in parcels of vibrational entrainment then there could be clashes and even wars over the seeming discrepancy's. Then on questioning the whole thing one can ask 'well who am I or was I before I was brainwashed and had no choice in the matter? Maybe on finding that there is no brainwashing and there is indeed a kind of empty but peaceful sort of void or space, at first very disturbing and scary and a pull back to the familiar or another brain washed set of intentions and dictates. So a quest is undertaken. Who am I?. The old 'spiritual path quote'.

The uncomfortable-ness can be extreme, the void, no programme but a few elementary basic survival skills, a native mind like simple minded(not daft but highly intelligent) beings attuned to nature and highly, highly intelligent in bush craft, reading nature and co operation with her, a true human fitting in with the vibrations of creation.

In the light of above should we have deep trauma or buried unconscious programmes then these will dictate the habits, life styles that are led unconsciously or robot auto like idiosyncrasies and are 'tuned vibrations' so the frequencies and wavelengths, the very vibratory substrates form the life style we lead. 

Our conscious or unconscious programming then can be a choice once we recognise and bring to the surface by which ever means we choose, meditation, self growth and all the many ways that are available.

As everything is vibrations and frequencies then I have chosen as is written in December 2018 to continue Qi Gong, meditation by breath and awareness and the Binaural frequencies of the Holosync programme which I have been on the last eight years and nearing the end of the programme. I chose this because the discs devised to stimulate the brain in such a way that it lifts out stuck patterns. I chose not to have affirmations with it so I get 'stuff' being lifted out that is no longer self serving to the more advanced brain reconfigurations.  The test is less worry, more peace and coping with stress, for me it is working quite well, naturally as the discs over the years (roughly four discs a year which are upgraded) get to the end of the programme the stimulation is greater and more deeper old patterns are lifted out and can cause upheaval, overwhelm and there counsellors to assist or just back off for a while.

I chose this above carefully; as the Universe is about vibration and energy I felt going to a Guru or following some one's way is OK to a point, however where could I find an energy that was just frequencies and vibrations other than my own free meditation on the breath and so on, I had tried, mantra, affirmations, imageries, visualisations, koans, yantra, mandalas, chanting, praying you name it I tried it, I must add I did not do psychedelics(I do not think them wrong or right, they did not appeal to me) so on coming across Holosync and researching it and speaking to scientists I respect and seeing the results it did for them and consulting some NASA people, Lama's and others who spoke highly of it' I enrolled.

I got the free trial disc and decided this was the nearest and best energy frequency device to assist my growth. Since it merely  is binaural beats and no affirmations(you can have some if you wish)it was the closest I could get to vibrations without intentions or indoctrinations and since there is no music involved just a back ground of rain or ocean to cover the electronic hum of the beats, there is no indoctrination nor hypnotic trance to ensnare one and physically and mentally one can feel and monitor this.

It does lift out the muck and at times it can cause upheaval, overwhelm, not because it 'does something' it merely just takes the brain out of the groove and awakens it to it's true potential, an eventual worry free state, not ecstatic more of a calmness. I found it added to my free breath awareness meditation. Is it a saviour no, by no means, it can bring one face to face with stuff one may find it hard to face, yet there is help and guidance as mentioned above.

So I feel I have found a tool. It is just that. When I finish the course which if I am spared will be about 2021, I will already have deepened my original meditations and look forward to not using the discs and having my own meditations deepened as I am already doing over the last eight years. 

Over the last eight months leading up to my 80th birthday in November 2018 I have been under tremendous stress over health due to a military incident involving chemtrails, although my panic attacks got severe and other health issues, my meditations holosync got me through almost as I were watching the old Geoff at work. Years back when I had this it caused me severe lung and prostate problems and I had cancer scares with them.  This time the same symptoms yet less panic and yet experiencing them.

So as the worlds collective unconscious vibes are almost boiling over, plus pollution and other horrors, electronic smog, it is most important as the threshing floor is sorting out the wheat from the tares that we find help in our meditation and find an energy tool that is simply just that energy with as little human thought process behind it.

SHACK 616 THE PATH

Me Me

Staring what appeared from a dreamlike state to this green white and blue ball about the size of a well grown orange this awareness did not wish to go there, it wanted to remain in the darkness of space and be drawn into the light.  It sensed or knew that this is the Great Luminous Being, The Great Luminous One, The Great White Spirit, The Great Source of Life, The Creator, God Almighty, The Father- Mother God, The Essence, The Great Intelligence Behind All that was is and will be.  

This awareness was somehow instilled, sucked in, installed into a small container and it then began to solidify into trillions of bits which seemed random and yet became more stuck and glued together and become a shape and form.

This form came out of the matrix of its new form and took on the role of a human baby, empty and primal, and then came the process over the years of becoming stuffed full of ideas, do’s and don’ts and many times this form asked itself in fear and self doubt where is the light?

It found itself on a path, a path of rough stumbling stones and thorny patches and eagerly seeking and expecting the next turn in the path there would be the light. The path presented all sorts of obstacles and yet although at times the awareness found temporary relief in the worldly and Earthly offerings and almost at times threw in its lot with the temporary transient solution for peace, prosperity and everlasting joy, it was always haunted by the spectre of decay, rust and mortality.

This drew the awareness back to the light; the Great Luminous One which it sensed was ultimate peace and joy.  For this awareness had glimpses of this in its quiet rushing mind chatter and found a peace beyond all its Earthly charms, vista and enticements.

Like a fish swimming in water and a human deprived of oxygen although taken out of their environments they realise the lack of their water and air and yet do not know what they are only the absence of them.

So this awareness knows although the human vessel which has faithfully carried it for now eighty years is becoming frail and the time of writing December 7 2018 not in good health and physically and mentally shedding clutter and becoming longer into silence and feeling the luminous one in those silences and no matter what occurs there is the Great Spirit that in which all lives and moves and has its being. The only fear is to be separated from the light and even that is fading, for where can this awareness go that there is not the light?
