Doing Qi Gong slowly and quietly and no thought just doing by being it seems to feel like regeneration, renewal and rejuvenation is taking place.
It seems as if self is out of the way and the Universe is allowed to flow without the impedance and interference of thought that is the local personal self.
There is flow in the no mind of mind.

My head throbs with sensing the unknowable indescribable truth and inner knowledge of life and it confounds me.
I wrestle and tussle with trying to understand with a small mortal mind and logic, science and intellect. It brings me to a blank, a fog and binds me and leads me into tension that will build to a crescendo, a climax, a spiritual orgasm and I have an anxiety if i do not suppress or hold down this pressure it will damage me in some way as illness, madness or some such malaise.
Yes I have a notion it will burn, eradicate the self in that it will release and an explosion that will reveal the SELF.

Who is this Phoenix; this mystical being, it is our awareness for the awareness is alert to the agendas and habitual patterns of living, only when one breaks the spell of not being present and the witness, the watcher at the TV not the programme.
Once we awaken to our true nature, the light of pure awareness, the witness to life and experience and not to immerse in the experiences which like clouds are seemingly real and only made up of droplets and the droplets are the emotions that come and go and blot out temporarily the bright blue sky and light of awareness.
Every time the awareness, the attention of awareness dissolves and is enticed and seduced by the 'clouds' of habitual auto thinking, robotic-ally reacting to a set of programmed algorithms inculcated over time the awareness phoenix dies in the fire of the auto programme the seductive fire of the scenario presented and rises when it realises that it has been clouded and then from the 'ashes' of loss of awareness, which can never be lost but temporarily overlay- ed, like a carpet covering the bare floor, the bedrock and floor being the awareness / Phoenix so to speak and so the awareness is the bright laser light that burns the brain washed seductive agendas and from the ashes of the dissolving intense heat and arises to greet itself once again.
When the awareness realises and awakens to itself it realises it is the awareness, the witness and becomes the witness to the everlasting light of being. The witness is witness to its witnessing.
