My body fat makes me feel heavy and I clutch it
around my lower abdomen.
It says to me you are here and are heavy and
grounded.
Eat more stuff, although I am on a fairly good
diet, its is reassuring me I am here, solid, a body, good!
When I had suspected lung cancer, a consultant
told me this because I had lost so much weight ‘eat, gain weight, you are so
thin losing weight rapidly’
So I associated weight gain as healthy, now many
years later weight is threatening, the difference now is I do not feel this is the issue, for now I have heavy thoughts.
So how much do thoughts weigh?
SHACK
Maybe heavy thoughts provoke anxiety and stress which raises the cortisol levels which in turn can make the hormone ghreln kick and and can activate hunger in the system. SHACK
