There is a Tibetan Technique named ‘Tongling’ in which one takes the negative energy into one and a Lama I knew suggested it felt or smelt like burning rubber tyres and converting it to clean acceptable aroma.
This could be used in a relationship, negative
feelings, and world situations and so on. When cleansed sending it back to the
situation and seeing if it lightens. I used it in workshops using imagined daggers, spears
horrible glances, curses aimed at one, feeling them and then converting them to an
image of roses, flowers, love feeling and so on, do not deliberately think an image to return it, let it arise, let it be a feeling image, if none arises leave it and just bless the situation.
One should really feel this and not just thoughts.
I would advise that one does this under supervision in order to make sure that
nothing ‘sticks’. I have known
therapists and healers who say ‘oh nothing affects me I can remain detached and
get out of the way’ I would suggest to check this out.
I have seen tiny dots or rents in the Auric
sheaves and some entities or energies will ‘percolate’ through and gradually accumulation builds up until it seeps in and then becomes a growth or an asthma, a depression and I have seen some psychic take over and a kind of schizophrenia take place.
As technology goes nano and even smaller it is in
the psychic levels of frequency and therefore can induce such energies by
electronics and so reinforce the field of ego mania.
There is also a Chinese hack which may be useful
’fang song qi’ and a Japanese similarity ‘muga mushin’. Both imply mind scanning body and feeling
where the resistance, tension or something foreign is invading it. It is
important to not judge the feeling as disease, a curse, a lump and so on, on
becoming aware or this intrusion then use the awareness to just let it rest
there until it passes. The awareness is
an intelligent energy.
Meditation is not so much on the body but in the
mind, the same scanning but this time of the thoughts. Breathing gently and
looking without bias, watching without opinion, attention without intention,
watching intently without tension and expectancy, let it be.
Of course there is Yoga, Tai chi, Qi Gong, Palate's and a host of other relaxants. As one gets more sensitive to the finer
vibrations one becomes aware of extreme course energy, shouting, anger, loud
music, bad food and water and mindless chat on mobile / cell phones also ones own inner dialogue and mind chatter. One then can recoil from society and yet in
the midst of this without cutting off and getting headaches and intolerance one
can reach for the breath as it were and watch and listen and clear in the midst
of harassment. It means cultivating the witness and quiet mind.
The challenges today are enormous and all the more
reason to employ meditative approaches to the challenges instead of resistance
and anger.
